And I don't care what inroads into improved surgical reconstructive technology may have been made within the last 20 years, I used to see man-made Va-jayjays all the time in Le Trapeze (NYC on-premises full swing club), and they always look fake.
I've yet to see one with even a pseudo-realistic clitoral hood/clit and the normal configuration of inner and outer lips, not to mention the proper pelvic musculature to make it all work, let alone them being able to produce their own natural lubricant (juice).
