Male Performers

It's very limiting to have a guy that refuses to do something as basic (in porn and transexual sex) as oral. One of my current regular performers initially didn't give oral for his first hc. He did perform well aside from that, so I told him, I had plenty of work for him, but he had to get over the 'oral' issue. He has gotten over the oral issue so I've continued to use him. He does still refuse to eat ass so, that forces my hand to look for more versatile guys that will be able to adapt to what the production is calling for.

I'm going to give more work to the more versatile guy, not the guy with a list of demands and circumstances that I have to work around. Performers are not being paid to relive their personal desires and fantasies they are being paid to act. Now, I personally don't want anybody doing something they don't want to, and I do my darnedest to accommodate everyone on my set. I may experiment with a different pay structure for those guys that don't want to do this and that. Less action, less money that sounds fair right?

Sounds fair, but truthfully, how often do you conceptualize a scene WITHOUT the guy doing oral? Lol

I guess my whole point is, you might be over-looking a great performer because he doesn't do 1 thing...for example, mr. Marcus doesn't like doing oral, but he was one of the top black talents in the bizness...devlin weed did oral, but was NEVER viewed as the same or better than mr. Marcus...by actresses OR directors...

Hell, I don't bottom or give head, but I can out ass eat and/or out fuck some of the dudes in I see in vids lol
