Obviously porn in general seems to be having some trouble in profits but has shemale porn been able to perform better since it's such a high demand "niche"? Are you guys considering new ways for fans to support financially? I think it would be cool if models and/or camera men had digital "Tip Jars" so in addition to signing up for the site, we can tip people if we thought a particular scene was amazing.

What makes you say porn is having profit problems though? The way I see it, porn has always and will always be the best seller of the internet.

Shemale business is a relatively small niche with low to medium competition. I'm seeing great potential here!

Online porn overall is down on membership sites (but up on sites with interactivity like dating, cams, etc.) and the Ashley Madison snafu certainly didn't help the industry, with people getting afraid to use their cards on sites that they might get 'outed' on (such as ours) but we (Grooby) are holding pretty strong. It's certainly not what it could have been without piracy and we've got to work harder than ever, but we're trying new sites, we're trying new billing methods and we're continuing to try and maintain the balance between great content, fair prices and amount of content. I wouldn't ring the doom bells, just yet.
Tip jars would be a great idea, I'm not sure how they could be implemented or even if they'd get used, but it's worth having a think about.

I don't understand why you're so locked in to your membership prices and you haven't tried bundling some of your more popular sites, like SMY, BTG, or LBLB sites into 1 discounted price for 2 or even 3 sites for 1 membership price.. SMY was the 1st shemale site I joined way back in '98 and have joined many more since they were added over the years.. the proliferation of shemale sites has exploded plus the addition of the 'tube' sites has made paying for videos the last option for watching our favorite TS stars.

We do offer different types of bundles (see the cross-sales on different sites) but 'bundling' the more popular sites isn't feasible. We work our sites pretty close to the line on budgets, so each needs to operate as a separate entity as the cheapest we could offer 2 of those sites for would be about $50 which is too high a ticket sale for most people. There were also some technical issues with that, but I may re investigate if they've been solved.
