No, I don't think you are wrong in your assumption of GFE, because the acronym is derived from the familiarity one would have had with a (gg) girllfriend. The term got its start from guys seeing female prostitutes who wanted more than... "come on, pay me so we can get this over with!" They wanted hugging, kissing etc.; which is truly lost nowadays when dealing with a t-girl who is escorting. So now its part of the erotic ad lexicon. The same goes for a term like 'not a clockwatcher'.
GFE can also be construed as, just as you described it Remy, to take to dinner, to a movie, etc., just like one would do with a female. However, P4P is the norm in the game and there aren't very many girls that give-up the GFE without their palms being greased! Anyone else feel me on this?
