Given: 0/0Honestly, not to get into grooby's biz model and all but it would make a ton of sense for grooby to sponsor a few events like this a year, perhaps one in the summer and one in the winter. Since they are the premiere transsexual erotica company out there it would be benneficial on two fronts: 1. Promoting your brand to potential clients and employees (models) 2. Maintaining your significance in an ever expanding market (more girls are doing there own thing, and doing parties)
I would have an event in atlanta or dc sponsored by grooby via blacktgirls.com and I would have one in las vegas, new york or miami for shemaleyum, every year with consistency...
That's just my .02 cents worth...just seems like a sound business move.

Given: 0/0Given what I do, I know a little about party promotion. It probably wouldn't go well if Grooby did unless it was handled by a local team. Since there are no local street teams I know of who handle transgendered parties , Grooby would have to rely on local girls to get it poppin'. And let me say it this way, not every girl is as savvy as Vanessa.

Given: 0/0I don't think this would work on the east coast. I think on the west coast, porn is a lifestyle and has a comminuty so a party would be successful. Here, the girls seem to do it just for the money and aren't really into the community aspect of it - unless you held it in NYC.

Given: 0/0I own a local marketing & promoting company, so I will speak from my experience. I will accept almost any campaign if the money is right...lol. The only sponsors that I don't accept money or campaigns from are tobacco companies and religous organizations.
I am definitely not saying to leave it up to a local girl, unless said local girl has a proven tract record of pulling off succesful events (allanah, etc.). Most major companies hire firms like mine to do these events (playboy, hustler, etc. Do it all the time).
