Co-sign...it's an odd dick/dildo/dong pic for sure. Other pics look great and something doesn't seem quite right, but at the same time.....they very well could be legit, just air-brushed quite a bit.

That's definitely a dildo. That's a real female in the pics too and I have seen those pics used in several other places with different phone numbers. I call fake on the whole thing.

The dick is damn sure fake. Seen a similar image, similar figure, and similar dildo, but the genius broke it and tried to hide it by dimming the photo. The other pic she has, the dick is broken and if you turn up the brightness on your monitor or the image it's obvious it's a fake.
