Have to agree with you man. He got what was coming. The terrible thing about it is that the Mother should be ashamed because:

1) She should not be having that argument in front of her kids, on the subway, because she is teaching her kids that kind of behavior and she is making a public spectacle of herself.
2) She should teach her kids to respect adults, regardless of how different that adult may be.
3) She should be teaching her kids about diversity and the different kinds of people that dwell in this world.

and 4)

She didn't do a DAMN thing about it!!!!! How in da hell do you let someone assault your kids and you don't do crap!!! LOL!!!!

That little kid shut up all of that yap yap after he smelled that pepper-spray didn't he. He went from lil' bad azz to crying like the little baby he is. LMAO!! Seriously though, all that could have been avoided and it starts with that Mother. Hard lesson to learn. Sad but true, hard but fair.

In the end, it was just a little kid though. Haha it was funny, but that was taken to an extreme. All parties are to blame though. Mother should have nipped it in the bud, little kid should have stopped the bullshit, and TS should have led by example. Who knows what will result from this situation in this little kids future after this experience, especially if he finds out he's on the internet for life. Could lead to a change, or lead to a situation even worse.

That pepper spray could have been a Glock, 9mm! It's has been said; kids with behavioral problems, have them at home and they go to the general public with the same tribulations. What makes this incident so troubling is that the kid's enabler was there with him. What a shame.
