I know with covid everything went on a bit of a break, but ts casting couch has not been updated since March. Will there be any new girls on there anytime soon?

If we get new girls in California but it's as much to do with the AB5 laws in California that even if a model does one shoot, we have to fill in paperwork for her as a full employee which is a lot of work for her and us, and then she gets taxed and SS from that. TSCastingcouch pays a lot less than the other sites as it's a test site. We moved the site to be part of the network so members get access to all those updates on UKTgirls, Canadian, Russian, BBW, Postop, etc.

It hurt the Californian industry. Almost nobody produces there is they can help it now and would rather film elsewhere, so first timer girls in California are unlikely to get a shoot.
We used to have models complete their paperwork, including their W9 and issue them a check immediately, now we have to go through an onerous procedure of signing them up as an employee and getting all their details into our system (which has a cost), and then paying them on payroll day which can be up to a week later (it's usually bank transfer but if they want check then it could be up to a week to get the check issued, and mailed, a few more days for them to receive and cash it.

All of this for a model getting paid between $300-$800, one time for 3-4 hours work.
It's completely pointless and backwards.

Naively, probably to protect the individual. What they ended up doing was creating bigger barriers to freelance work, which results in people looking for loopholes, or moving our of state, thus a loss in taxes.

I know the site is no longer active due to everything mentioned above but wondering if Bob could incorporate the concept into new comers at Grooby Girls. I was on the site yesterday and man I miss the shooting style, concept, and everything.

This is pretty much what we do all the time with either Femout or on GroobyGirls Try Out Tues, or BlackTgirls First Time Friday.

I appreciate all those features & long may they continue! But in saying that the casting couch is in a league of its own! Maybe it is the 'house next door' location, or maybe it is Buddy's skill in relating & interacting with the girls and really getting those great angles & shots! I hope the site can be revived one day with Buddy and in Los Angeles!
