Not sure why we're handcuffing the convo this way but if so then these 4 are your most talented top performers. I'd say focus on making them regulars so the content feels natural on a more consistent basis and minimize the awkward scenes from chicks who primarily are bottoms. Performance issues, etc. I include Sofia bc her skills obviously, but also the added criteria of English speaking. I hear her speaking in English a lot now so that makes her TGT material.

These 4 will always bring high energy and have the most skill at topping. So hitch your wagon to them if that's the option.

Ariel Demure should be the new face of the site I think. She's blossomed so beautifully in her transition and she can really lay it down as a top. Her scene was the best one on the site to date so that's where i want my money going.

I actually talked to her about it months ago bc grooby said she could come in for tgt. She said she'd love to but no one reached out to her... This is the consistent thing I notice w the talent acquisition for tgt. The guys always vacationing and his cameramen basically just pick what they want. There's no process rly. Hence this thread.

What you're failing to understand on this 'transactional relationship' is that I don't need it. If it becomes too much hassle for this site, I just cancel it and focus on the other sites. While I respect members opinions and really do love constructive feedback (the other post you put up) at this point in my life and career, I don't need to pander to anyone for a few bucks. I'll work to get the best product I can, got those models, producers and members who want to try and get something going, but if it gets to the point I'm not enjoying it, my exit strategy is well in place and I don't need to listen to your whines.

When you've actually worked out how the industry works, or worked as a producer, then I'll give your comments more weight, but you barely have a clue. Yes there are models we want to get in - but the logistics of bringing them in (if they even want to) isn't always available. That's just how it is. Look at the other companies working with the same 15 models and then look at the 100s a year we work with, and you may be able to grasp some of the situation.

Sincerely, I could close this site tomorrow and I'd be financially better off right away. I don't want to do that, I want to bring new girls in as well as existing girls and see if we can make it work - but like most fetishists, when you give them an inch, they want to take a mile and can't be happy unless every single shoot matches exactly what they want. That's just unrealistic.

The fact is, if you've been around for a long time you would have seen over the years we've taken on a lot of feedback and acted or tested on it. Wasn't it your constant moaning that partially encouraged us to give this site a go? Yet since it launched you behave like a over-indulged child. It's been explained to you multiple times how our business model and system works, and that we don't just have a list of models ready to go, with producers lined up and studios ready. It's often who we can get at that time, and we try to test a lot of models while bringing back another. A model in a remote part of the country, or where we don't have producers is unlikely to get shot much. You've had this explained, yet still you act like you know more about how we work, or see an ulterior motive in a simple thread like this.

I don't need feedback that strokes my ego, I need feedback that I can act upon and give to direction to others - and that's all this thread was for, to find the models we'd had so far that people wanted back.

If you can find the content elsewhere which works for you, then I think you should go there and spend your money, as on your current trajectory we're never going to make you happy, and we can spent more time concentrating on other members.

It's not about knowing "what fans of this content like". Not knowing whom one model is, who has never worked for us is irrelevant, you're not making any meaningful point. We try and get good tops while TESTING others to see if they can do. I can easily do a site with the same rotation of 12 tried and tested top models that you all agree on - that would be the easiest thing in the world.

What you're still failing to grasp, is just because there is a model called Jessica Blake - it doesn't mean we're going to be able to get her in for shoot, which is dependent on so many other factors.
So 'several of you pledge a years membership' - so that's $250 per 'pledger'. So in the unlikely event you can get 10 people to join for one year, that raises a $2500 budget which just about covers one scene. What are you talking about 'make good with us'. I make good with every member, every single fucking day, when we go and try and get the best models for each site, shoot good scenes, and try and bring in new talent. Sometimes it works better than other times, but you're gabbing like we don't care, which simply disingenuous.

What do you exactly want for your 'pledge' ?
