... celebrate Father's Day, or Mother's Day?

Do their confused progeny call them "Mom", or "Dad"?

Serious question!

:) i remember bout a year ago on BGC forum one of the girls -she did a shoot on this site as well- made a thread about her life. she had child before her transformation, then a few years after her child began to speak, the kid was confused by what to call her. she wanted advice on what to do. it was a very interesting debate

Just like we say she instead of he in reference to t-girls, I'd assume they celebrate Mothers Day. That's interesting though, I never thought about the T-girls that have biological children.

Although most here will probably say, "Oh it's no problem at all! Everyone will be very accepting, understanding, and sensitive to the child, and the child won't suffer at all from it. He/She will grow up being loved and perfectly well adjusted", I can just IMAGINE what the child's school peers will do to him or her if and when they get wind of it!

In school, the child will undoubtedly be the recipient of constant mental and physical torment at the hands of the "less than sensitive" youths, and at a critical time in development that will marr them for life, you betcha'.

I know what we did in school to "momma's boys". That treatment would pale in comparison for a child whose Dad is now his Mom.

i don't think there are any "perfectly adjusted" children anymore in today's society where Kardashians, Minjai, and any rapper are these kids role models.

I did date a ts for a few years who had a daughter. Their dynamic worked really well actually, though I saw room for improvement. She a great girl and referred to her ts parent as Mom and her bio mother as Mom as well not unlike a lesbian relationship.

heterosexual families have brought many more serial killers, mass murders, and gang bangers as any LGBT relationship will ever, so I don't think it can get worse.

No matter how bad things are, they can ALWAYS get worse!

Always remember. To make something clean, something else has to get dirty. But you can make EVERYTHING dirty, without ever making anything clean!

If the woman is living full-time and is passing , then I don't get the sense that
either the child or society will have a problem with the correct pronouns with
which to refer to her.

As to the quality of parenting, again that will vary with the individual, and is
not related to the gender identity or sexual orientation of the parent.

Which would only work in a perfect society with perfect people.

Unfotunately, I don't know of many children with Utopian ideals, do you? And children spend most of their time WITH OTHER CHILDREN, who will make them want to crawl under a rock when they get to teasing and worse.

I have to admit that I don't see how Mommie's gender status becomes a
topic at the PTA meetings, at soccer practice, or in the school in general.

To re-iterate, if the woman in question is passing, and assimilated into
the mainstream then it isn't an issue.

Now if we are talking about a truck driver in a wig and a frock, then that's a
different story.

Which for me begs the question: How many transwomen do you know in real
life, other than in a pay for play capacity, or beyond porn, and cyber-space?

Because I've got to say to that many of your comments and questions seem
rather uninformed, and poorly thought out.

It's funny you should ask because I don't know any, and aside from truck driver's that look like Refrigerator Perry in drag, the passable ones probably blend right in.

So being a bit of an amateur inventor, I've been experimenting with inventing a foolproof T-locator:

and then once located, some sort of locator device can be fitted on them to make ready identification easy, quite possibly something simple like this:
