I wanted to talk to you guys about a couple of models by the name of Chastity Kane and Sasha. Two very cool girls, one is a bottom and one is a top.

After submitting their shoots I caught a bit of flak about either, not enough ass or hard cock shots. Fair enough, though I thought for their individual proclivities they put on a very good performance, both times. Now, they are good friends so I do admit to being a bit biased, I don't know maybe I am reaching. Despite for the moment being on the Top 50, they have yet been able to break into the coveted though arbitrary GOM (Girl Of The Month) list. I decided to watch the vidoes to see just what might be amiss, perhaps the only thing heard in the videos was the a/c and the sounds of jerking off...

Sasha, she's one phenomenal TOP. What can I do that would have made their shoots even hotter? Comment section on the site doesn't really reflect peoples opinions since it is censored. Please watch videos and not just pictures before responding as sometimes you have to really see them in motion to appreciate what I mean. I'm looking for constructive criticism here, but any request for when I next work with these babes is fine as well, within reason. :cool:

I guess I will start it off to see where it goes... Despite what you say Remy you are one of the photographers I study outside of BWood, Frank, TVee, and PK. You do great work.

Sasha and Chasity new sets came out in May, and Ashley/Phoenix was awarded GOM. I can see why Ash got the vote she did the unbelieveable (licking and swallowing her own cum). Also there was quite a bit of interaction between BWood and the model. I am a fan of the gonzo style on which this site was based on, and with the girls i work with for eros/bpages I get involved to a certain extent. It helps set the mood for the girls, and brings out the inner freak in them to the point they dont even realize they are being recorded. I can understand if its their first shoot they might not be willing, but in a re-shoot they should be more open.

I am not saying you should have them give you head or anything of that nature, because you have stated numerous times that you would not do that on camera. However I dont see nothing wrong with you smacking their ass or grabbing a tiddy or dick. Oil up their ass ( DS was good for that..lol). Your face is not in the shot so who really cares... Bottom line I think you should have more interaction.

I'll comment on Chastity, since her first shoot (with the school girl outfit and candy cane) is one of my favorites. I really have to search my mind to think about one set that turned me on that much.

While I liked the current set, she seemed a little more heavily made up this time out, which I was kinda taken aback by initially. Part of the reason I liked the first set so much was that she had...I don't wanna say a 'girl next-door' vibe since that was a freaky set, but she seemed more real than a lot of the girls you see on here, and the make up kinda took away from that for me. I admit I hadn't watched that last video until now and it's not an issue at all there (BTW I love this girl).

That's about it. Just keep bringing her back.

Interesting points, I will take into consideration.

When I initially posted this I hadn't watched the competitions videos, it wasn't May and Ashley. It was April and June which was Amiyaa and Natasha, but I'll go on the same assumption that their performance was simply better.

Just to clarify, it's not that I'm scared to show my face, my ugly mug has been glimpsed many times in the vids, and very rarely there have been some interaction like you describe when it's a girl I've known beforehand or they simply demand it of me lol. Generally though, it's a respect thing for the models, epecially new girls. Most don't like being grappled especially if there's no actual attraction with the photog, and only put up with it for fear of not getting paid.

I think perhaps, I will start to put a heavier emphasis on hardcore shoots that way there's that interaction, and I will explore what middle ground I can with the solo shoot.

LMAO Cosign. Sasha's shoots seem a little bland to me. Jerkoff here, then there, and then here sitting down. That first set she had was awesome but each set has been steadily declining IMO. I'd love to see every model do the whole walking around while hard dick swinging thing, and swing it from side-to-side. Anything other than standing there.

I like both the models, the sets are good. Sometimes you have to think it comes down to who is the prettiest girl on deck. There have been plenty of GOM who had bland sets but where hot to def! I mean looks count more than content. you can always get a hot girl a better set, its harder to get a cute girl a better look.

I must say that I like your style! The fact that you emphasized or highlighted the more positive features of the beautiful models to make them even more photogenic, was pure genius. I also liked the fact that you remained true to your profession by remaining behind the camera and behaved like a genuine photographer and did not destroy my intimate moments with your models. I believe that when photographers become too involved with the model during scenes, they dilute the sense of privacy and intimacy between the model and the observer. It is both refreshing and enlightening to me, that you get that point! I believe that others would do well to emulate your approach.

I thoroughly enjoyed both models! I would have enjoyed the sexy Sasha even more had she actually been on a bed or sofa. The desk scene seemed awkward. The beautiful model Sasha herself, even admitted that the desk was cold.

I really did enjoy how the models looked directly into the camera at times in order to establish a sense of personal communication between the two of us. I actually got the impression that it was just the two of us in the room together, in both cases.

I personally would have enjoyed seeing the models posed doggy style. It would have been a most spectacular sight if Sasha had played with her toy while postioned with her rump fully tooted upwards while doggy set on the edge of the bed. Wow! I get excited just thinking about it! Sasha gets me excited anyway with her genuine sex appeal and pleasing personality. I get the feeling that she has a good sense of humor.

Chastity Kane had the most sexy sounding voice. Who ever would suspect anything about her, given that convincing voice and that curvaceously sexy body! Miss Kane seems more like the girl I would take home to introduce to mamma. She looks like absolute marriage material. I'd be too scared to introduce Sasha to mom. If that sexy Sasha were to either spill the contents of her purse or leave it opened for the contents to be seen, mom would most certainly not be pleased to see any toys what so ever!

TvSurfer- indeed I do remember. She's beautiful but like we discussed then she was adamant about not fooling around on camera as that ticked her off. I hear you guys about "engaging" again I may explore a middle ground, have to get the creative juices flowing as that isn't something I would do with a girl I'm meeting for first time on set.

I actually have a male stripper as assistant now so that's not an issue but I can't have him on camera without it being labeled a hardcore shoot so again I will have to see what I can think up. He will be my new performer though and he does already have experience on cam so he'll be good for the actual HC's.

Thanks Koanbred, yeah gonzo style is bigger than just physically interacting with model. I like to let them shine on their own and generally always aim for exactly what you mention.

Well, I just went thru and reviewed all of Sasha's set's and Video's. I got to admit she seems pretty cool. You definitely would have a good time with her body and her personality.
I can see her as GOM. She has my vote. The other girl doesn't catch my attention. Unfortunately I don't really have an opinion on what you could do any better for Sasha. Ether the crowd likes her or they don't. I think it's the appeal of the girl, not what you could do any different.

The table was an odd place, and was one of the cardinal rules DS gave me for where not to take pics, along with 'Shutting the fuck up during videos" lol man I miss ya DS come on back. Being that we were in exact same hotel as her first shoot I did with her, I wanted to avoid the same bed scene. In hindsight I guess it wouldn't have mattered, I do like the long hair on her too though.

Kane: This girl has great confidence, and desire to please. The milk and chocolate was totally her idea. If more models showed up with a desire to perform as well as she does, well my job would be that much easier :D

Pan-D: Man, it was so hard to finally get back in touch with her for the last shoot I did. At that point she had relocated to Baltimore, and as luck would have it, her number again has changed. Sadly some girls have a lot of issues and just general crap going on in their life which takes precedent over doing shoots. I wish her the best though, and if anyone catches Pan-D or Precious (another girl who seems to shun the net) new number, please send me a PM.

I will share this...I think you should have a preshoot discussion with the models to give them an idea of what the viewers want and they need to share their preferences (baby oil, toys, massage, chocolate, size preferences, stand-in model type male/female, etc. etc.). Perhaps this should replace some of the routine interview clip that some of your viewers complain about (proactive info is priceless). In addition, you are the employer and these girls also need to understand they are performing for the audience, not themselves. This should be conveyed before they walk in the door, I think we sometimes give away our power by trying to be accomodating b/c of a girls attitude and a desire to get a shoot. I realize some girls have preferences i.e. top, bottom, etc. yet there are positions, poses that can be interpreted as either position, depending on the viewer (doggie, rearview, upskirt shots. The girls can also create a connotation with the dialogue they use as well (top specific or bottom specific). I sometimes view the videos with the sound muted because the vocal is too low mixed with the music or my idea of the visual is different from the dialogue (oops, the inner freak in me...LOL).

Yep I'm always open for criticism, like I stated, one of the biggest improvements initially started in the forum where ya'll complained about my lips flapping too much while the chick is doing her thing. DS really brought the point home for me to understand, by showing me examples from other companies videos. I try to stay quiet as a mouse, except during interview of course, but I've found for some girls that are too nervous to talk, I do have to coax them a lil with bits of my own dialouge, to get their juices flowing as it were. lol I also noticed watching some old vids that I always had a lot of clanking going on, lol I wear lots of chains and goth/bondage shit, so I always take all that crap off before I start filming too.

I actually always do pre-shoot discussions, you guys just don't see it, as that happens over phone days leading up to shoot, and while the model is getting ready I do extensive coaching, there are very few new girls that just pop out and let the freak out on camera for the first time.

Oddly enough, the girls with the natural talent to talk to the camera and give a good performance, have hardly even registered on the site which was the point of the post initially, so despite understanding how 'You' feel regarding this matter, I don't think too many others care as much. I've just taken to watching other photogs vids on this site, which previously I didn't do so much aside from DS and PK Vegas, and I feel like I work my girls a lot harder than most. I was catching a lot of hell from the girls over using dildos, to the point where they would say "they'd just go shoot with one of the other two close photogs who wont make them use a toy". On the flip side of that I had some other models just stealing/taking them after shoot, but I will be bringing toys back in full force soon.

I film the interviews not because I want to, but because that is what is required for the shoot, so it's not optional on my part. We list them separately on the site so people who don't want to watch them don't have to though. I think it's good to watch them if you think you might actually meet up with the girl though, this is the one point where I don't really coach them on what to say so you are really hearing 'them' and not just some general raunchy porn talk. Everything that they are saying during the vids are are stuff I've stopped recording and more coaching give them examples of what to say but in their own words.

Im actually becoming very strict on girls I will reshoot, if the first time they give me grief about talking to the camera which does happen then they wont be back. Likewise, girls who have shot and kept bra on (which I do if they have boy chest, another DS tip) wont be invited back for reshoot until they have some hormone tits at least. This is an issue that's just popped up recently where I had a couple girls asking for reshoots yet, they can't be bothered with advancing their transition with a few months worth of hormones which are practically free from the 'Tg clinic'.

Furthermore, I think that all models should be able to take direction well, as the "actors" that they really are. They should know that smiling and looking lustful are just emotions that they are going to have to mimic, and mimic well. Filled trash cans, empty coke bottles, dirty ash trays, and unkept backgrounds, always cheapens the total shoot for me. I also really hate it when I can see lint or tiny pieces of paper or something on the model. I don't care if it's on her lip, in her hair, or the in the crack of her butt, I just don't like it. Everything should be clean, smooth, spotless, and bumpless!

Technically all of our shoots are done in the 'gonzo' style which encompasses more than just physical interaction between cameraman and model. It's the POV aspect that you really have the issue with it seems. Mystery limbs that just randomly appear always seem 'odd' and unexpected to me. I had a couple models ask if I'd film POV with them recently, and for me to do so, I would film it not like how it's done on this site, but more akin to the dedicated POV sites.

Dudes usually look 'odd' when they are on 'bottom' to me. I don't mind watching or filming it, but not my first choice. Some girls, like Jessica Host, are just so hot I don't care who is on 'top' or bottom. :D

I learned a fair bit from watching 'Behind the Scene' footage from the other major companies. This allowed me to see how models are treated on 'proper' porn sets. Drugs and alcohol are not allowed anywhere near my set or models. I go over a lot of 'bullet points' with the model for putting on a good performance, aspects they can later use in future projects. I spend a fair bit of time for photos and again before videos explaining how they can interact with the viewer with their full body, voice, and special assets of course. Like Kali said though, sometimes the girls have it on lock naturally, and some just can't do it for one reason or another. We've been working on making sure the 'lent' and tiny bits aren't appearing in shoots anymore, but sometimes I don't notice it until after the fact when viewing pics on PC, another task for my assistant. :D

I tend to be very particular about not having discarded clothes and random junk laying about where I'm shooting. When I first started I use to film in the model's residence or cheap hotel, but that looks like shit, unless the girl happens to have a really nice place. Being that I shoot in Suites, they are usually eye pleasing by default so it's just a matter of making sure none of my equipment gets in the shots and stuff, I really despise when that happens during my shoots. I try to 'light' my shoots so the viewer will not even see my shadow, and I've been criticized for letting my lights be seen in the reflections of glass framed paintings, which is something I'm working to resolve. Been eyeing a 'cool light' setup for a while now, but it's rather expensive.
