I was just thinking about how many times a few of my Tgirl friends have been busted for prostitution. I swear if I had a dollar for everytime one of them got busted, I could buy a brand new Lexus. For the most part, I've been used as their personal bondsman.

I keep reminding them about getting health examinations and to make sure that they have ample amount of condoms, but usually they say they don't have time to get an examination. I usually pick up a box of condoms when ever I go to the drugstore. They therefore, depend on my heavy contribution of condoms, which I gladly donate just about every weekend when they come by to visit (usually on Sundays).

I think that it would be a lot cheaper for both the city and the local hospitals, if prostitution were legalized. That way, sex-workers could be ordered to have government mandated and financialy assisted health exams. They could also be rationed a monthly quantity of condoms. This would cut the health costs down due to the fact that fewer poverty-stricken patients would present themselves to local hospitals as urgent care patients , stricken with STD's and AIDS in particular. I've already lost a few friends because of AIDS. All of them were sex workers.

If we legalize the sex trade, we could do many things to make the trade safer for both the workers and their customers all they way around. Public health could be improved for certain and the criminal element surrounding prostitution could be curtailed as well.

Therefore, let's legalize it!

You'd have to deal with too many street walkers number 1. You ever been to one of those restaurants that serve peanuts and you throw the shells on the ground afterward? Thats how vegas is with escort flyers and ads, littered all along the ground. The ads are in the local newspaper and flyers for escorts sit right next to the newspaper stands. It's crazy that any young kid would have access to that. Maybe I could see it in certain cities....not all cities though. Too much of a rampant growth in STD's also. We cant deal with all the diseases coming from regular sex now, let alone come up with a cure to any.

I dnt support legalizing it at all, only because no one would be able to monitor it properly and we dont have the tools to. What do you do when Suzy Jane burns you because she caught it from her boyfriend. Can I sue your company? Who the fuck would put some "antiburn" clause in their their policy? If they did would you even wanna visit? It's just not foreseeable in the near future.

I see weed being legalized federally before prostitution.

Hey Werwt22!

Prostitution is legalized, successfully monitored, and regulated in Amsterdam.
I've had the privilege of visiting Amsterdam upon two separate ocassions. It was absolutely great! Of course, there's the infrequent problem or two, but not anything mamoth in criminal severity.

Sex workers know that they have to get an examination on a regular basis. Condoms are required and there use is demanded by most sex workers. If you want to ride bareback, you'll have a hard time finding a legit sex worker. Of course, there's always the female drug addict looking for a fix who wouldn't mind hookin' you up at a discount price.

The time and money that law enforcement spends on prostituion vices could be better spent on maintaining America's infrastructure and training our youth for skilled employment.

Just because Nevada hasn't got it right doesn't mean that it can't be done correctly, fairly, and tastefully. We all know that Nevada is controlled by the Mafia, the least of all suspects to have good taste.

Prostitution is the kind of business that could and should be run quitely and discretely without causing any disruption of the peace, due to fast accessibility of law enforcement and the highly technological equipment required to run the business successfully.

Let's be optimistic about this! After all PROSTITUTION ain't going nowhere!

I agree with Koanbred. Legalization will be better for all parties involved and hopefully force the girls who can't pass health exams out of the business. It's not like current escorts are showing their std test to clients or warning them that they have this or that. Taking away the threat of getting arrested would likely provide a huge boost to the business as well.

Ok sounds like you really never been to Vegas. First Vegas doesnt allow Prostitution. There are smaller towns in Nevada that do. With it all being watched over very closely. They ladies are tested regularly and they pay taxes. So if you are depending on the ads you get from the stands on the strip. You are not looking in the right place

Yes I have been to Vegas, obviously, and that's what I've experienced when I went there. It's not about looking in the right place. I wasnt looking at all and thats all I saw the entire time i was there...nothing but escort ads everywhere. Obviously the ads not gonna say sex for $200 an hour.

Hey there Werwt22!

You've just got to get to Amsterdam! They've got video cameras everywhere, both in and around the brothels. Most brothels are in the "Red Light District". The police heavily patrol this area. The entire area is surrounded by either mobile police or small police squads.

Yes! There are street walkers. However, nobody cares that they are street walkers and the street walkers by law have to have medical exams too or they could be heavily fined or jailed for noncompliance.

Hey! If you like to smoke marijuana, you could just go to a bar and order a gin and tonic with your joint. Things are quite different there! While I don't smoke marijuana, I do partake in other activities found to be quite prevalent in Amsterdam. Damn! What a fun place that was! It's 10 X better than Vegas!

Yeah those are local girl and you always run the risk of gettting busted in a sting or catching something you catch throw back. Vegas has a large area they cover. Check a town Called Pahrump, NV. Its legal there, and the girls get tested regularly
