I am interested/contemplating creating a website (adult hardcore content) of me as a male performer, alongside woman of the transgendered community. I have prior experience on camera, well endowed, well educated and can perform very well. I am here to get advice as to what models I should try to pursue for the site, as well as what kind of content you guys would like to see? and any other comments.

Thank you for your time

You should not only be well-endowed, but also be able to maintain an erection for a long time. At least be able to cum a multiple number of times, or be able to control your excitability.

You should have quality Tgirls such as Brittany Foxx, Sheeba, Miyako, Nadia, Asia, etc... They will have to be delightful in personality, be able to smile, and act like they're really into the lust of the scene.

And please, if you're going to oil booties up, please don't over do it and make 'em too shiny. That just looks too funny to me!

Hopefully, there will be quality scripts written and performed in a convincing fashion.

Your models should have smooth skin tones and no hairyness anywhere. I hate hairy or bumpy booties!

And please make certain that your cameraman checks for lent on your models' booties, lips, and body parts. No litter in the background to devalue the scene.

That's it! That's my $00.02!

Thanx!:)

I understand your sentiments about the choice of women, which is very well understood. lol I appreciate the feedback and as far as the women,
out the of ones you named, sheeba is a very real possibility since i am good friends with her.
I would have to enlist the help of kila and Remy for the other choices.
I also have a few other friends that would be interested.
thank you for the feedback

lol I hear ya unknown5, you know how to reach me, just give me a shout. I have too much free time on my hands and well, my wallet is probably the lightest on this forum and I'm about two steps from homeless so I'm very thankful for every red cent I can make lol :) Not going to really get into it on here, as by the title of the thread I take it you still have a long way to go. I've really been interested in getting into trying out non-ts porn and/or non-porn ts content, but your very topic has been brought to me by some of the DMV brethren a few times over the past year, so perhaps it is time for a meeting of the minds. To be fair, you really don't need me, anyone can hold a camera, literally, takes precious few skills. I've helped a few of the solo site girls step up the quality of their content, well those that actually followed my steps and advice anyway.

It's a bit unprofessional to go into another site's forum and members and ask how to create a competitive business to theirs?

Sean if he's new he probably thought this was a neutral forum. I don't think his intent was to come off unprofessionally. Can't speak for him since I don't know him. Just my .02

at any rate, sounds like a good idea. Remy is a hell of a photographer and he's very professional. I haven't come across 1 girl that I have introduced him to that did not like him as a person.

Remy man give me a holler, not sure if u were joking or not about the homeless thing but I will see if I can hook you up or help you out with my connects.

I understand how it can be seen as unprofessional, it crossed my mind as well. However; I've seen some solo site girls asking questions on here as well, and they were certainly farther along in their goal process than 'unknown5' with his 'thinking stage'. To be sure, I'm Grooby loyal for life, so would never think of breaching protocol and producing ts content for another site, but I like to see everyone succeed, and independent sites are like ants to the giants of Grooby, SMC, Kink, Bang Bros, etc. not really much competition. When girls talk of a solo site, I send them to HoodRat Graphics, which techincally is a competing company, but where else are they going to go? I've known of 'Unknown5' male performer ambitions, but this 'site' idea is new to me. I say more power to him, it's a hell of a mountain to climb, but not many would even bother to try, or follow through anyways. There are too many in the entertainment industry that only look out for 'self' and will only help if it benefits them some how, which is an aspect that turned me off from the music business. I'm just not that type of person, if I have advice, I'm going to share it, no strings attached.

As I've said many times, I've helped the solo site girls with tips and advice based on what I know, and I would feel bad as a 'person' to refuse to 'help a brother out' with tips and advice as well. I can teach someone in a matter of hours how to get my quality of content which took me years of foolish and expensive trial and error that I had to stumble through by myself, well at least until me, PK and DS starting synching up. Hell, even us photogs in company are forced into a competitive light, which is something I try to avoid. I can't compete with photogs who've been doing it twice as long, are 5 times more well known, are living in the lap of luxury and already have the chips stacked very high in their favor, I'd rather bow out gracefully from a competition than fail miserably and be told 'better luck next year'. I can care less about trying to 'one up' the next guy with better girls or hotter scenes, I just want to produce and make money so I can afford to live, and I can't knock the next guy for having his own ambitions, so I say more power to him. Whenever anyone contacts me with ideas of sites, I'm very realistic about the real world success and how hard it is to 'make it' in porn. Not trying to discourage them necessarily, just warn them of the hard road ahead. I've been going at it, well about 5 years now, and am hardly known and still not worthy of recognition on a dvd cover. No sweat off my shoulder really as I don't care it's not like I'm producing Nacho Vidal/Joey Silvera level of content anyway, but something that I took note of, or rather that was brought to my attention by others who do think such things matter. They laughed that I didn't even know there was a dvd out with my content on it, that hurt the 'pride bone' a little. Still, I never saw it as something to 'bitch and moan' about, as long as I get to do what I can I'm happy. I hardly even know what the cover art looks like, perhaps I will go and order myself a copy of the dvd just cause.

No, I absoluetly am not joking, I'm not much for asking for hand outs, I'll be fine for a while. The sands of time at my current residence hasn't run out yet, and I'll probably do a motel for a bit as I figure out the next move. As long as I can get net access when needed to handle business I can't really complain, life isn't fair or easy for anyone, but I shall persist, thanks for the offer though.

I've given a multitude of producers and models information and feedback on whether to do a site or not and what to do when they do get it going, sometimes we promote them, sometimes not but the information I've given has probably helped them save $1000's.

I'm not worried about competition per se, but when we've spent a lot of time, effort and money building a site and a forum like this which is open to the community, whether they are paying members or not, then I'm not going to be happy at someone stepping in and using it as their own market research. It's just rude. You don't step into my coffee shop and ask customers how they would like their coffee if you built a new store next door? You can taste our coffee and read our customer comments - hell you can even read the free market research we've done for you ... but have some respect.

I wasn't aware that he was a performer? Has he been in any of our stuff?

I for one Remy, think that you're a great photographer and a really decent human being. Thus far, it has been a real pleasure interacting with you. It has indeed been truly an honor corresponding with someone of your superlative caliber of professionalism. Your presence and work-ethic I am certain, will be appreciated anywhere. Grooby is quite fortunate to have you!:)

*nods* I do agree.

Not that I know of, I told him when he applied to be a performer for me, I was really looking for someone with experince in front of camera already, as I wanted to avoid my previous blunders in Hardcore. He has since informed me that he has filmed with... I forget now which solo site girl it is. I kind of wanted to avoid using people that were not close to me, thankfully my current new performer is, as I didn't want the extra variables of having to make sure both ts model and male performer show up for shoots. It's enough hassle making sure the girls show up, so my current guy works as my assistant and male performer so girls get to meet him before hand that way, and anxiously anticipate working with him on camera. However; I know my current performer really didn't want to be an assistant, more so a male porn star, and I'd hate to hold him back in anyway, so if/when he moves on I may end up having another opening, though I have to admit, our current situation has me spoiled especially since he's kindred spirit and I'll miss him if/when he leaves. Nothing wrong with having multiple guys though really, never know when I will have a chance to do some gang bang scene or something lol :D

Thanks for the compliments. I'm just a small cog in a very big wheel, trying to do my part to keep things a-spinning lol Honestly though, judging by the photogs no longer with us (just got some recent news on Steve in Atl last night and he's a far better producer than I), and what the competing company's photogs do, I doubt I could get work anywhere else in this industry. When I worked in the music business, I was very much of the mind that if I'm not working for "...Music Group" I rather not be in that industry at all, basically how I feel about Grooby as well. lol I reckon I'd do the starving artist bit, sitting on the 'strip' trying to sell art projects for a few bucks.

I'm very thankful to Remy for even asking me to be his assistant...I've learned soooo much about the industry from him and I truly enjoy being on shoots meeting the girls we have so much fun;I haven't been on one that wasn't...Don't worry Remy I'm not going anywhere anytime soon...

From what I hear, he's still at his 'day job' and still up to his old hi-jinks with the tgirls. Don't feel comfortable saying much more in a public space, but it's good to hear him doing well for himself

Sean you have a point. I will concede as much. But I guess the thing that troubles me the most about this whole exchange between us all; the original poster, myself, you, remy and others is that we are arguing about decorum in a post where a man, one of your most loyal employees, and a friend of mine, stated he's about to be homeless. You lamented uknown for being unprofessional but damn dude, you just turned a blind eye on remy's reply? Really? Sorry man. I know you guys have a business to run and I don't know if you and remy had offline convos (and I know remy don't like handouts) but it would have been in good taste to acknowledge that you were aware of his situation as his employer and im assuming friend(?). I guess its all business with you guys and I honestly can't knock you for it if that's how you choose to operate. just as you pointed out about unkown5, its a matter of class.

Hope things/business picks up for you remy. You're a good dude. If I can help, again, lemme know.

I appreciate your words, and I did make my situation know to him a week ago, so it wasn't new info when I wrote about it this forum. Not even sure why I mentioned it, other than to drive home the point extra business would be appreciated.

One point to understand, I'm not an employee, only a freelance photog (Independent Contractor), and even if I was an employee for any company I wouldn't expect or ask for any assistance. From a business perspective, it seems absurd, this is a porn company not the Oprah Winfrey Show. When I first started I had some stumbles and after paying models and other expenses I had a few shoots rejected (which isn't easy to swallow) but a learning experince, realizing that any shoot could potentially be my last is a great motivator to do as good as I possibly can lol. It made me step up the techincal (lighting and such) quality and I think I'm better for it now. Considering some of the work I submit are not the 'hits' other producers bring in, I'm always more than grateful that I'm simply allowed to continue shooting, that alone is more than enough. Life is full of hard knocks, the world doesn't stop spinning for anyone, I see it as another humbling experince.

Btw, did u hit up that girl I told u about. She's waiting. I think she has star potential and she's cool as hell. One of my hidden gems.

Cant be mad at a guy for shootin an idea out there where you know so much traffic wanders through. Shit I opened the thread just to see you'll argue LOL. Morals and principles in porn? IDK....whole new thread HAHA.

Man I thought this thread died out before it got started.
To be Honest I thought about whether or not my intent would be misconstrued.
Then I realized hey why not try it out and get some feedback, and the reason why i continue to stay active on this forum is no matter what i ask Kali or Remy they always come through with info. :) which is much appreciated.

As far as the site. I have done a video for Sexiitrina's site when I was younger. Since then I have done some Amateur things with a Ts friend of mine. We have both been talking about starting a site. But Remy if I do start the site, I would like for you to be the photographer for it. I have enough money coming in right now to be able to reimburse you for your time. That will be discussed personally when I establish a brand name, site design amongst other ideas. I'm tired of watching hardcore scenes where the male performer fucks the girl like he's handling a fragile object. random thought. but it's frustrating to watch, knowing that i could handle it better. I'm sure that I have atleast 3 girls who would be willing to shoot with me. As far as the non TS porn. I would be more than willing to embark on that as well. If you ever have that meeting or want to plan a meeting, let me know please.

I appreciate everyone's thoughts, concerns and replies

So now you come on the site - and try and poach one of our photographers? You are getting worse? WTF.
a) how else could your post be construed?
b) even when you see how it is contrued, you continue to push your own website and try to our photographer?

Time you were leaving if you can't abide by a few simple modicums of decency.

haha, I was going to wait until he actually did contact me to let him know again that 'I' am forbidden for producing other 'ts' content. To be frank, it was a very slight ego boost, to hear someone would offer me work, doesn't happen so often for me like some others. Reckon it has gone on too far though.

Unknown5, dude, like I said, I can teach anyone how to get the setup going so you can get my same results, it's very easy. We have some other DMV photogs on the forum, who might be interested in this opportunity and when you are ready to talk shop, you know how to reach me. I've actually been scribbling notes and ideas based on something similar to what you seem to want in a site, but I can't put it to use on my meager budget. So while I will not just 'give' away ideas to just anyone, if I see the right development occuring, it would be great for whomever has the capital to get the ball rolling, no credit or payment necessary. Queue the 'nice person finishes last' violins lol

Word of advice, broaden your horizons a bit, there are other porn forums where you might be able to find all that you are looking for without stepping on anyone toes, being that at the end of the day you are trying to make a competing site to this one. Man, you going to drive me out of business? That's cold! lol j/k (just kidding)
