This is an Adult Production company not an escort service. Providing that sort of service could leave a company open to liability from clients who didn't have a positive experince, and/or the same legal troubles CraigsList is having to deal with. There is no logical reason for a company to expose itself to that type of risk.

Makes perfect sense to me remy but could we maybe have a contacts section where if they want to the girls could post a number and e-mail and leave it at that?

It's the same issue.
1. Girl posts number - guy gets ripped off = blames site/sues site.
2. Government cracks down on places promoting prostitution - investigates site.
3. TS is beaten/injured/killed by client, client found number on site - site sued.
4. Individual posts somebody's number as spoof/prank.

There are just too many problems for this site.
