GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. -- Police said a prostitution sting led to five arrests in Gwinnett County, including two men posing as females.

Officials said the arrests were made after plain clothes investigators were solicited by the accused for an act of prostitution.

In Norcross, investigators arrested Tyrell Hugley, 19, of Baltimore, MD, and Matthew Hatchett, 19, of Norcross. Police said both men presented themselves as women and solicited an undercover investigator. Both men were arrested without incident and were taken to the Gwinnett County Jail.

Also in Norcross, investigators arrested two women who, police said, offered acts of prostitution. Desiree Carter-Mincey, 19, was arrested and charged with prostitution and keeping a place of prostitution. Police said they also arrested a 24-year-old woman from Norcross. Her name was not released.

In Duluth, police arrested Shaquita Davis, 29, of Ellenwood and charged her with prostitution.

Police continue to investigate.

I moved 2 atl 2 years ago, i enjoyed it for the first year..but after the second year i was starting to fed up with the ppl there....so i decided to move to charlotte and the reason for that is because theres a higher chance of employment..and when i tell you that the people there are soo much friendlier and respectful, they actually mind there business! And atl is now the gay capitol! The gay boys have atl on "lock" and another thing, there really isnt no money for girls there...and if it is..the clients are soo cheap!

HaHa, I know, The Govt names rang a bell and almost went through my ID DB, but was too lazy, so went and read the article and images along with it and realized who was who. The Bmore girl use to live here in my area as well, I tried to do a shoot with her, but at that time she hadn't turned 18 yet. Hope they are ok, that's a real crappy situation to be in. By the article I get the impression they were on the street 'working', that's late and they ought to know better. Get them eros ads girls, well pass time to take the craft seriously. How do you like Charlotte? It came up as a possible destination for myself as it seems like a nice enough city, but having to drive through NC and VA to get to the more popular Metros of DC and Bmore made it a bit unattractive despite the lower cost of living.

I think their images are broadcast on TV as a form of punishment, to make the girls feel embarrassed and such. LoL Silly reporters don't realize some of these same girls go on Jerry Springer and make a bigger fool out of themselves for less than what they make a night on the stroll. Probably would work better if 'Vera' waited until the "Johns" approached and put those guys on tv instead of the Trans. Those girls probably back at it already...

If the majority of your models are based in the dmv area, wouldn't a move to charlotte be career suicide citing its proximity to atl? Charlotte is sleepy, even when compared to the tidewater area. If you are considering a move to NC id suggest the raleigh-durham area over charlotte since the economy is more diverse and its closer to your current location.
Also, there are affordable areas in northern va (leesburg) and in maryland (baltimore) that would be far more suitable than charlotte. Not hating on charlotte, its a nice little town, but it is super conservative (I.e. The beginning of the bible belt).

Never was a fan of the Raleigh area, it has its allure I guess, but that area is too slow. If you aren't in that college scene there's nothing really there. Charlotte at least is a Metro area and has decent variety of clubs, escorts stop there fairly regularly and not far from Fayetteville. Anyways, like I said, I decided against the Carolinas. :cool:

I actually prefer Charlotte which at least is a Metro area that draws decent number of escorts, and night life etc. From my experince Raleigh is fairly slow if you are not part of the college scene. Regardless, I've totally decided against NC, as I've stated, it is too far from my usual haunts. :cool:
