My heart goes out to her family and all that loved her , may she rest in peace and I agree with alot of the things that were said in the video, and like she said it was'nt to bash all men. Some of the things she said were so true and I feel if someone did'nt like what she said maybe you are guilty of this,in closing ladies we do have to be more careful and just be more mindful of who we let into our world.

Body of transsexual found strangled in Point Breeze/Philadelphia
Looks like we've lost another soldier. Seem like transsexuals and gays are dying at the same rate of soldiers in Iraq. Are we at war? If so...someone let me know so I can put on my combat gear.

Everyday...there's something new. It seems like I can't get away from stories of suicides and murder that relate to the GLBT community.

From the circumstances surrounding this case it seems as if neighbors are implying the victim was an escort, which could have led to her untimely demise.

A transsexual whom neighbors described as "beautiful" was found dead in her Point Breeze home Monday night by her live-in boyfriend.
Initial reports from police said the victim - identified as 31-year-old Michael Lee - was found with a pillow case around her neck, but Homicide Sgt. Bob Wilkins denied that yesterday.
He said there were no visible signs of trauma to the victim, such as stab or bullet wounds, but he declined to speculate on a cause of death until an autopsy report is released.
As of last night, police still had not received autopsy results, and declined to classify the death as a homicide.
But several neighbors who said they knew Lee as a transsexual named "Stacey" said police on the scene Monday night told them that the victim had been found face-down - either naked or half-dressed in provocative clothing - and that she had been strangled.
Wilkins said Lee was found on the floor of a second-story rear bedroom in her home, on Manton Street near 18th, but he declined to elaborate.
Two male neighbors, interviewed separately yesterday, said they would often see strange, white men in nice cars coming and going from the house during the day, when Stacey's boyfriend was at work.
One of those men, who asked not to be identified, said "Stacey" was beautiful and could pass for a woman.
"She was pretty, but if you didn't know what time it was, you wouldn't know what she was," he said. "She was built . . . and she drew attention from men just walking down the street."
Neighbors described Stacey and her boyfriend, who had lived on the block for less than a year, as a quiet, private couple.
One neighbor who asked to be identified only as Darlene said she would sit on the steps and talk with the victim some mornings while she waited for a cab. She described the victim as "really nice and very friendly."
"She had a body way better than mine, so much so she gave me a complex," Darlene said.
"And she had the cutest smile. It's just so sad."
Darlene said she remembered watching a hulking, white, bald man leave Stacey's corner rowhouse sometime before 4 p.m. Monday.
It was several hours later that neighbors said Stacey's boyfriend came home and ran out of the house screaming.
Police said the victim's roommate called them to the scene about 9:30 p.m. and flagged them down as they arrived.
Yesterday afternoon, several members of Stacey's family, including her mother, tried to enter the house to get to her dogs, which were locked in the basement.
The family declined to speak with this reporter yesterday.
Neighbors continued to mourn Stacey's life, too, even as questions continue to surround the circumstances of her death.
"Whatever she was - transvestite, man, woman - she didn't deserve to die like that," one man said.

I live in Philly and this is so sad. She was a beautiful woman. I know that BTG model Honey Love was close to her. Friends will remember her at 7 p.m. Saturday (10/16) with a candlelight vigil at John F. Kennedy Plaza (Love Park). A funeral will be Tuesday.
