What gxsr is talking abut is Maca root. Its usually best paired with yohimbe extract(not suggested because it gives headaches) l arginine, zinc or horny goat weed. Thatll take care of the volume side (especially zinc).

Incorporate raw green leafy vegetables and fresh fruit, black beans, omega-3,6(flax and hemp seed oil), raw almonds and pumpkin seeds, green bananas and plenty of clean water into your daily diet along with moderate exercise and blowing big loads becomes common.

I stick to the arginine, zinc, and GNC's HGW (it has maca root with it), but a healthy diet and exercise is key. Tried the pycnogenol with no noticeable diff but ive heard its good for the free radicals.
