Did you try the customer service/Billing & Password Support at the bottom of EVERY page?

I Did Exactly and Precisely THAT . Very quicly , " Grooby Support " got back and solved a problem I had . Thank - You ! :)

i had mega problems w/logins....customer service is good.......

i use 3 different computers.main-home,a mini for travel,and a toughbook for work.

the software the webmaster has detects logins from different computers and thinks its a password hack and shuts down the login....

FYI use the computer you pay BTG on....;)
