I can say that if you see them regularly and are a nice guy, you can be friends in a way, though (I think) usually with constraints and a degree of mistrust if you started out as P4P. Personally, I threw away my "anonymous" (2nd) phone that I used to contact escorts. I did that last October because I finally got tired of the game.
