What would you do as an escort if a guy finished having sex with you and then said he didn't have any money? What next? I'm curious mainly because I've never heard of this happening.

That is because any real escort knows to collect her 'donation' up front, not after the fact. I mean come on, if one goes to any business, be it Macdonalds, Target, Best Buy, a person pays for the product/service before being able to make use of said product/service.
lol Was asked to take it down. Regardless, best not to cross some of these escorts eh.

I would assume if a guy wants to rape or rob a chick it doesn't matter if he pays upfront or not. He knows what his ultimate goal is. That's why I don't think this situation is realistic hence the low response count. Hpothetically speaking we both committing crimes, you gone call the cops and say I robbed you after prostituting?

You kind of lost me here. Where is raping/robbing coming from? Sure, someone who is doing those things, wont give two fucks about paying. I assumed he was referring to someone just skipping out on paying, like a person may do at a restaurant.
Being an escort doesn't mean that they can't call the police when a crime is being committed against them. They are still being victimized.

I'm pretty sure that if cops are called in that situation, she's gonna say she was raped. If she doesn't say she was raped, what other recourse does she have? "This guy agreed to pay me 200 dollars to fuck me, he fucked me, then he didn't pay. Can you make him pay me officer?"
Who would call the cops and implicate themselves in a crime?

I whole-heartedly disagree with the ideology you are promoting. Making people feel like they don't deserve justice, because they too are breaking a law is a very dangerous precedent, with a slippery slope. Akin to saying an escort should not seek justice if she is raped. Another example would be a person in jail not being able to seek justice if they suffer some harm done to them. It creates an extreme air of abuse where only certain citizens of society deserve respect, justice, and caring for. By not seeking prosecution for these injustices it leaves others vulnerable, allowing the perpetrator 'who you would have go free', to grow confident in their actions and possibly even grow to victimize other citizens of society. How do you feel about illegal aliens, should they not be allowed to seek help when someone tries to kill, rape, rob them? Are only the rich and powerful worthy of justice? How long until all lower class citizens are no longer worthy of justice?

I tell it how it is, not how it should be. This is the reality.

This is the main reason some people get hurt or are losing their lives,I love doing the reverse search of phone numbers that call me,nice way to have a heart to heart with some of the wives or family when clients wanna get buck. I had a client steal the money back from me a few months back:mad: he changed his number so I called his home phone which only cost me 4.95 to get ,forwarded all of his info to my friends and family;) and he delivered my money within 30 mins:D so even if you get your money up front you gotta watch the client the whole time.

Twice I've had girls pull that ol "You paying me for this right" bs just before I put the head in.
The first time I was young and complied, the second time I just ended up taking a cold shower and she took a cab home.
Never again....

I agree with Remy on all counts. Nothing gives you the right to rob or not payan escort:::or whatever you wish to call them just because they are charging you. They may be commiting a misdemeaner but still. You still have agreed to pay for a service. Get real and "Man Up".
I can't emagine embarrassing myself with the girl and not pay for a service that I CAME ASKING FOR. Not to mention I could get pepper sprayed or fucking shot as I leave. Only a real shitty person does that.
Rape is still rape by the way.

I read about a situation where an escort was actually raped. She agreed to meet with one guy for an agreed price. He and 3 of his cohorts then forced themselves upon her and did not pay. The judge ruling the case charged the men with robbery and not rape. ( If I can find the details again I'll post them. ) But the fact of the matter is... where the hell did rape come from?
Also, Indy... you're my favorite chaser. :D

Have any of you guys ever been locked up?
I have.
Have you ever read about a rape case or someone being prosecuted for rape in a male prison?
Do you think rape does not occur in jails?

Many people have had charges and time added on to their sentence for their crimes (including rape) whilst in prison. It's very foolish to think that inmates don't get charged for their additional crimes while incarcerated when there are many case studies to refer to. America has over 50% rate of inmates that receive additional charges after being locked up. Bob Barker is living very comfortable off this business.
