Absolutely, under no circumstance, are you to do this. Not only is it deceitful, but also betrays any base for a real 'friendship' as it's based off of lies and purposefully fucking with her business, and will basically confirm if to no one else but yourself that you are a "thirsty nigga". I will assume that this lady is in the same city or at least area as yourself, and so a decent way to try and meet her is to venture out to local gay/trans bars/clubs.
