Lol is it really that serious though? It's 2013 my man. Lots of people are into lots of different things. I would think that who and what you're doing behind closed doors really shouldn't matter to the homeys but social stigma is what it is I guess. IMO you're better off doing without people that are gonna cut you off over this sort of thing. I personally don't go running off at the mouth to my boys about how much I like tranny cock but I'm real enough to own up to it. Your business is your business dude.

I know its all shits and giggles in this post but I knew a young dude who was murdered a few years back in bmore. He was a blood, one of his homeboys used his phone and saw some text messages from a tranny to dude, nude pics and all. They took lil homie to the woods and killed him...as much as we think shit has progressed it hasn't. Atleast not on some of the blocks I grew up on.

Thats why alot of black guys wanna keep that shit a secret
a situation I witness on the train in chicago I seen a dude get stomped for just admitting he talked 2 a tranny by his own guys,I 2 had a situation of when I happen to see a tall thick girl so I talked to her got the number and walked away and a couple of corner boys was who knew her was like "thats a nigga" and i was like I know and dont give a fuck:D those boys went on a gay bashing tirade I didnt want 2 but I got ignorant will them but at the end they backed down anywhere niggas are the worst with this so I guess thats why alot of them are on the low.

Two tears in a bucket, fuck it. Some people would be mad as they see it as "you were with holding the truth from them", if they still can't be your homie over something like that you are better off with out them anyway though.

I hear you. (I'm speaking on myself) Ideally you want to be real and say yea it's true. But it's complicated (to me) because the fear is that it will affect how people (you care about) see you. I think the severity depends on your family/friends/associates.
Also the herd mentality is the worst. The more defensive you are, the more jokes. It's seems a little easier to own up to it, IF that's your only preference but when you like GG's also, then the fear is that people will assume they you don't like women and (and because of ignorance) that you like men instead. Since that's not true, owning up to it is like saying I like men, when that's not actually your thing. It's like taking on a false identity in place of your current identity. Perception affects reality. But you never know this new reality may not be as bad as it seems. It might even be a better reality overall but it's a new world of sorts and the unfamiliar can be scary.

I wish that was the case, but its not I can only go by experience and for the most part even being associated with a ts or a gay male for that matter will get alot of flack in "certain" communities.I myself have been in certain situations so I can understand why a cat would want to keep it a secret.

Its just too much shit tied into it. The problem is no one will let you be if you admit to it. Girls who were interested in you will no longer wanna talk to you, Dudes you used to know, dont wanna be seen with you because they feel you make them look gay, or they think you may have been looking at them the whole time. Im watching one of my boys go through this right now and he just got caught up a couple weeks ago, and I've seen it happen several times. Majority of the guys end up moving away. Its like everyone tries to go through your life wit a fine tooth comb and think of everything "gay" youve ever said or done, and in the end, it just seems so much easier to hide it. For me, its my personal life and no one need concern themselves with who I do or dont talk to. I dont mind being seen in public anywhere I go with a TS as long as its not my hometown. Just dont wanna deal with the name-calling, family trying to intervene, sexual advances from "gay gay" dudes, or anyone trying to look at or treat me differently.

LOL Its not too late yet. The main question is did he see a dick or just a tranny in the pic? If just a tranny you can say you didnt know. I got caught up a couple times too by my ex girl, and my boy. I told my girl I sell porn because I needed the money and took her to the hungangels Buy/Sell/Trade part of the forum LOL. I just told my boy she sounded like a girl on the phone and just pretended to not know. You could also play it off like those pics they have where a TS is fully clothed and she's played off as a GG and then the dick pic comes. Idk what to tell you other than whatever excuse you give, stick with it.

So I'm guessing the popular opinion is that its okay and understandable to be on the low?
Well i don't want to hear no more bitching about how all ts woman are escorts because no woman should have to deal with dudes who are too ashamed and cowardly to be seen with them.
Honestly this shit makes me sick.its all about y'all and what you got to loose smh. How would you feel if someone only wanted to see you out of town because they didn't want people to know they fuck with black dudes.I'm betting it would leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Your missing my point. Would it make you feel any better if it was in my hometown and you were laughed at, ridiculed, and pointed at. Im not ashamed to be seen with a TS, my best friend even knows. But im not putting my private life on display for anyone just to be talked about negatively. That's what I'm trying to say.

I never said I was ashamed of it. I just dont like all the negative energy that comes with it. Its doesnt make you less of a person, and i dont intend to demean you in any way, but realistically a lotta guys feel that way. Im just trying to give you an honest answer. And I said hometown not where I currently live. The whole point of not doing the hometown thing is that nothing positive comes from it and I wouldnt wanna expose anyone else to the ignorance/inside-the-box mind set that people from this area have. I dont want my relationship on public display.

How would you feel if she was hurt by the fact that someone she loved was ashamed to take her home? Would you care? Its a very shittty feeling to be involved with someone who treats you differently or less than (cause I'm sure you'll take a gg home) because of your gender.food for thought homie

This may be popular opinion, but it's a far cry from representing how all men think. If I get to the point where I feel strongly enough about someone trans or otherwise to entertain a serious relationship, I'm gonna take on everything that entails. I never understood the DL mentality. Of course, I've never placed a ton of emphasis on social acceptance either. Guess that's why I have a small circle of friends. If all I want is fun with no strings attached, I'll stick with p2p. I don't see it as paying a chick to fuck. I see it as paying her to leave :p

I understand not going all out for some random chick but if one claims to love or care about a person you simply wouldn't be ashamed of them.
Even before i was trans i was into doing my own thing and thinking for myself.popular societal opinion doesn't faze me.

HAHAHA Awww, I'm not decent because I told my honest opinion? LOL. First off, back when I met Christy AKA Sheeba, back when she just turned 19, she was the first TS I ever had feelings for. I fealt so strongly that I told my father, "YES MY FATHER", the person that a son holds their opinion to the highest regard, about how I fealt. So no, ashamed isnt the word for me babe. Oh and no a gg doesnt get to enter my house just because she's a gg. I dont bring just anyone around my family. Im just curious why you wanna fight so hard just to be judged? Its the main reason most people leave their home town. And realistically, not to knock joxyn, but most of the guys that speak that way, are social outcast, or just saying that bullshit to get booty, just like niggaz that say I love you just to smash. Tell a chick what she wanna hear til you get the ass is the oldest, and I put extra emphasis on "OLDEST", trick in the book to get some.
And btw, Im not saying your banned from coming home with me LOL. Your just taking it that way.

You can say what you want but I've had more than a few guys introduce me to the homies including my last ex who took me home to meet the folks for Christmas (no drama in any of those scenarios).none of them where social outcast, that's just you projecting your insecurity.
When i first started to transition i was hurt and had my self esteem crushed a number of times dealing with dudes who treated me less than the woman i am.i speak from first hand existence about how painful it is to realize the person you love cares more about what people will think or say about him than you.however those days are long behind me, no one has time for that bull anymore

I don't know if you all have read my input on the transsexual strip club in Atlanta, but this same situation is the reason I said that it would be difficult for the club to thrive in Atlanta. Brothas are still on the DL in Atlanta, even though Atlanta is supposed to be "black gay is okay" capital of the world. I went to the club last night and there were 5 white guys in there and ME, the only black dude. One white guy was in there with his UPS suit on. Imagine that.....a man so comfortable with himself that he came to the trans-strip club with his work clothes on. In other words, "I am who I am and I don't care who knows it" is what he was saying. However, there were 9 transsexual dancers, 8 of which were black and 1 hispanic.
The ignorance in the black community is astounding. Why one can't choose to be himself and feel comfortable around his peers disturbs me. I have said this time and time again that white people can be gay and comfortable (safe) in their communities.....in most cases. Being gay in the Black community, on the other hand, is almost a worse crime than committing murder. In order for the black community to really be pillars amongst society, we must change our mindset. Not only about homosexuality, but period!!! Not saying that we don't have any pillars now, but just think about what would happen if my community became just a bit more tolerable, understanding and perhaps more educated on a worldly view. WOW!!!
I peek at craigslist and backpage and read some of the ads the girls post and I'm starting to see more and more "white guys only" ads. Not only from non-Black transsexuals, but now from Black transsexuals too. It's to the point now to where Black transsexuals don't even want to deal with Black guys anymore, which is just a microcosm of the Black community in large. We fight one another. We kill one another. We don't even deal with each other on a sensible basis. Why are we so hateful and unforgiving towards our own?
Anyway......just how I feel. No biggie.

Not to belie your point, but that 'no blacks' thing is oft times more about money and/or what the client is looking for, than it is personal preference. I know a few girls that dont want to 'date' black men, but still date them.
That being said, your point about the black culture is correct. But you cant really expect anything else from a culture in which surviving a jail sentence is celebrated more than graduating from high school or college. Ignorance is all emcompassing.

Excellent post vidman. Discussions like this are why I frequent this forum. Valid points coming from people with varying perspectives have taken what started off as a relatively negative topic and spun it into an insightful discussion on some of the underlying problems within the black community. Carry on, I can't wait to see where the conversation goes next.

Sweetie I'm paying the man a compliment, don't get butt hurt by it lol.
Im a realist, borderline pessimist, so I just look at things for what they are or as the worst of the worst, so I can expect no disappointment if I already peeped it. Personal issue to be honest, but Love, that doesn't reflect negatively upon you. If I loved you, and I knew our love was real, then you be everywhere, yes "everywhere", with me. I just feel your misconstruing my positive intentions for negative thoughts. My emotions are seeded a lil deeper than most, and you seem like a girl i could love, but you def dont get any introductions unless I rock wit you superhard, whether your a friend/lover/babycakes/boo/sweetheart/whatever. Wit your cute ass profile pic LOL.

No biggie.
How would "we" convince any community of anything if the TG comm doesnt even know how to carry their own. Lotta these chicks really see themselves as men still. Too much of a buffer/grey area that fuks it up. I support the rights, but im not here to be made an example of. I just wanna live my life, whether she's gg or ts without being scrutinized. We dont all have to be activist bruh.

This is a WORST CASE Scenario. I can NEVER live this down to my crew. They will always have in the back of they mind that they know i like trannys.
Wow!!!!!! You have to leave town ASAP! If you mess with women and trannys you are done... there is no coming back from that. What woman in her right mind would ever fuck with you knowing that. All of your friends will just consider you a fag and it will never be the same. The only way that this could work is if you are just gay and only want to be with men exclusively and tell your friends to fuck off!!! Don't listen to these fools telling you to own up to it because it will be the end of you. How can you come out if you're not gay? DONT DO IT FRED!!!!!

LOL! I couldn't care less if one of my boys found some tranny porn of mine and wanted to pass judgement. It'd be embarrassing, yes, but there are enough passable shemales out there it shouldn't be that big of a deal. I have a whole list of bad ass transwomen to show somebody who questions me. Like, my top 5 list is not up for argument. If you have a working dick, you WILL get hard. If they still wanna hate after seeing some of these long dick, big booty queens then they're fucking liars lol.
Hell, even my gf knows about my shemale attraction, and they way I explain it she completely understands. I don't watch gay porn because I don't find men attractive. It's not about penises, it's about what the penis is attached to. There are absolutely gorgeous shemales on the internet and the fact they have a cock bigger than mine sometimes and still look like they do is amazing. At that point, it's just sex organ to me and nothing else.

I used to try to keep things like that a secret, but now....fuck it. If they know, they know. I like what I like and it's nobody's business except me and who I choose to be with. If people wanna talk shit about it, that shows their lack of respect for me as a person. I got of tired of having to hide what I like for social purposes. Not anymore.....
