Honestly, judging by your avatar pic, you look good as you are...I really don't like it when TS over-do it with the silicone injections and butt inplants, esp. if you're naturally thin/lean. It looks silly when they have skinny legs and a big wide fake ass.

Jane Marie is a good blueprint. I agree with some other guys saying don't go too overboard, but a nice C-Cup and a little booty mixed in with a nice looking dick are a formula for me blowing a load all over my keyboard lol.
