Why are some old trannys super ugly?

I dunno what it is but its like their cheekbones get super big and round and their chins get long like the joker.

I'm not trying to clown but is that just the end result of plastic surgery or what?

Old in what way? Vintage or mature age? If you mean vintage I don't think as many surgical options were available back in the day. I wouldn't call them ugly though. I was just thinking the classic ts porn stars are really hot. Meh. Oh well lol.

LMAO Im weak. Sorry but to me thats classic over the top. Already large face and get the cheek bones done and slim the jaw line with a long chin? I kinda understand what you mean in a sense, but thats not a situation that would stem beyond the bedroom for me. Just like I wouldnt date a girl thats supremely tatted all over or had massive gauges and mass piercings in open places. Some things are just too much to handle on an everyday basis

For me I like to watch the old school tranny's on film.and the most famous ones had that look your referring to.I just assumed it was the norm for enhancement at that time.and if I was old enough an in to BTG's back in those days I'd want to put a pounding on them.And From what I've seen. You'd have to imagine for a bit what it must have been like trying to go through transition back in the day when there was even less publicly available resources for transwomen. The vast majority had to settle for silicone injections to feminize themselves beyond what could be achieved through hormones, and like with mainstream plastic surgery procedures, over time the effects of said procedures take a noted effect if the patient is unable to continue to have 'improvements' made to keep up the look. yea i agree... I really hope more TS start to get more fat transfer surgeries done on themselves instead of still getting those illegal silicone shots for their cosmetic procedures......b/c those silicone shots start to look real unnatural, horrid and horribly noticeable 5yrs later on in the future.....I prefer & luv a more natural look with muscle and fat rather than feeling migrated silicone and fat all around the ass and tits

I've noticed some people mutilate themselves with injections and plastic surgery, and often the TGirls cannot afford the qualified practitioners and that's when they get into trouble, like injecting themselves with really bad substitutes (cement and such). I guess it's the relentless pursuit of womanly perfection for some of them. But this is not limited to Tgirls. Does anyone remember Michael Jackson's nose ?

lol well silicone, especially in the face and breast is going out of favor thankfully as more and more girls prefer to look natural instead of 'pumped'. Silicone in the butt still seems to be going strong, but generally at a much more natural amount instead of those video vixen quantities that use to be popular. It's not so much that they want that look on purpose, they want to look like a female and some girls put their trust in a pump doctor to give them that look, only to find out years later that the silicone has migrated to other areas and doesn't look the way it did when they initially got pumped.

lol 9 times out of 10 the girls are told it's real medical grade silicone/hormones from Mexico and really the pump doctor is putting silicone in them. I know a fair few girls who even went to Mexico to get procedures done with silicone injections. Sadly, a couple died shortly after returning home, because at the end of the day loose silicone should not be in the body no matter if an actual doctor did it or a 'pump doctor'
