video viewing issues

I am having difficulty viewing videos on shemaleyum and this site. I have both windows media player and real video. Help anyone

It's probably your browser or an older version of your operating system ...
HOWEVER before you do anything else.

Are you right clicking on the file and saving to your hard-drive? This is the best way to view (then open it from your HD).
Also download VLC Player from
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
It's free and has no spyware and is the most stable and easiest video viewer, I use this for everything.

Then when you open the file from your HD select, "open with..." and VLC Player.

Due to the high encode rate and HDV cams your using these days the wmv files probably wont play so well in VLC as the WMV decoder isn't the best. Make sure for the older vids you have the divx codec you can get it at divx.com

If you want to stream the videos in your web browser which isn't the best way use the firefox browser as it is pre bundled with a quicktime webplayer which is much better than the windows media webplayer in Internet Explorer.

For the newer WMV files (namely all models shot post 2007) I would recommended windows media player 9 or above for the best playback rate.

Also if all else fails (even VLC player) download Mplayer http://www.mplayerhq.hu
as this will play almost any video of any format to some recognisable rate.
