Attachment Button

Can someone tell me why the attachment button won't do anything when I select it? Help!

Your clicking on "manage attachments" right?

This should open up another browser window?

Any response - anything blocking doing that?

Hmmmm, depending on what browser is being used.....could be pop-up blocker...? Or Security settings locked down too tight... :confused:
