Serious Question Involving HIV

A buddy of mine(ebuddy) who still cruises craigslist recently was told by someone that a person that posts on there is Poz and has been poz since 1999 I believe I didnt believe/didnt care cause the person isn't my type but then he sent me the link And I see it myself now whats really fuck up is that when I was crusing craigslist(A few years ago not now It's terrible now) I seen ads of the person offer to go bareback now the question is if you know someone is poz and they're careless should you out them or would that be against the law.

YES OUT THEM!!! That shit is a crime bruh. Im not talking about some debatable shit...Im talking about that person out there killings mfs intentionally or just having no regard for human life. And offering bareback on top of it?!?! *Puts icing on the cake*.

Well, personally you should avoid them (sex wise) if you don't wanna have unprotected sex with a HIV+ person (even if its a rumor, better not take any chances). But then again, you shouldn't be having that kknda sex with strangers in the first place, IMO.

Agreed, it's not worth risking your health just to fuck somebody raw. If you haven't been in a committed relationship that is "already standing the test of time" then unprotected sex isn't wise.

It's also extremely dangerous to put someone on blast as being HIV + with or without 100% verification. Anyone willing to have raw sex should raise some red flags, in the first place. Obviously, you wouldn't be the only person to receive raw sex so if the two of you aren't getting tested together then strap it up for your own damn safety. If a person isn't willing to get tested with you, that in itself is a red flag as well. :eek:

I know for a fact that I saw a chic on bgclive and her profile was listed as hiv positive, that same chick also did a video for this site with a popular male model. That's why I had asked the question about a month or so ago do the girls in the videos have to disclose if they have an std or not. Just saying...no rumor shit, real facts.

yea i peeped one of the old popular models on here was HIV Pos and she still was escorting. Had me wondering whether she pressed yes by accident but the damage to me mentally was already done, so she was a no go.
