Yep, I've run into at least 2-3 fakes in my cock hungry adventures. I alluded to this in the fake pics thread, but yeah -- do an image search. First thing I look for is any kind of full body dick pic. If she doesn't have an external link to any kind of page with her penis out (Tumblr or something), I throw up a red flag.
Next, look for past escort ads of theirs. Usually an image search will bring those up. If you dig deeper (i.e, spend 40 seconds) you can see if the pix originated elsewhere first.
