Sorry to hear you're having problems. We've tested the videos on PC, Mac, Android and iPad/iPhone and it's worked fine on all of them.
Can you please send me an email (russ@grooby.com) with details of what device and browser you're using and I'll try to help further.
Please also try using the 360p and 480p streaming links if you haven't already as only very fast connections will be able to stream the 720p HD videos.
I am a member of other grooby sites no problem with streaming video on them
Shemale.XXX has just moved onto a whole new system to allow for streaming of the videos on all devices so it's now different to our other sites.
If you can send me the email with the details of your device and browser it will be very useful for us, thanks.

Also, can either of you confirm if you have tested in another browser or have tried changing the streaming quality to 360p in case it was set to 720p which is only for very fast connections.

Another idea would be to move closer to your wireless router assuming you are on a wifi.
