I'm presently planning a trip to Brazil,to track down some of my favorites,and if not discover some new one's.I've googled and tried to gather up as much info as I can.My safety is my main concern on this trip.I was hoping there may be a few members who could assist me with the Do's and Don'ts, the best accomodations, safety tips, and where to search.
post is kinda old but which city? I've been to Rio. The danger is a bit overstated. i'll provide my 12 year old experience if you respond.
Found my old post. i will add that there are plentiful hourly hotels near the beach and they are clean and nice.
I spent 2 weeks there in 2001. Great place here's my thoughts.
Brazilians arent sexually repressed and transsexualism is rather open but not as accepted as some may let you believe.
Rio has 5 major beaches which also equate to a downtown neigborhoods. You can google but the famous one is Copacabana, I stayed in hotel on Leblon.
There were several strolls back then. Safest was on the streets of Copacabana and the other beach neighborhoods. The stroll in the Central Business District outside my company's office that had a harder grade of tgirl and considered dangerous at night by locals.
You also can meet t-girls in clubs that were called discos. Tourists and sex-travelers hung at discos so girls and tgirls hang around hoping to meet. You can ask co-workers, cab drivers or hotel staff.
Brazilians are fun exuberant and good people but Rio is a big city like any other other big city there is treachery. Stay the bleep out of the favelas, the ghettos. You can walk the streets of the beach neigborhoods after dark but if you look like an white American maybe not so much. My co-workers told me since I was black I could pass as long as I kept my mouth shut.
If you pick a girl up on the street or in a disco don't go where she wants.Grab a cab and tell him to take you to nearest short time hotel. The short time motels are clean and cheap. A lot of the Brazilians pornos are filmed in them.
I met a girl on Copacabana outside a disco. There were two cops 50 feet from us while we kissed and fondled each other. Then we jumped in cab and went to hotel.
English aint spoken much. Learn some functional Portugeuese. Spanish is understandable and they speak a lot of Italian.
And on an unrelated subjects if you plan to party with locals take a nap in the evening before you go out, thats how they stay up all night. Oh and food is great and cheap too.
Methodman first off.I really appreciate your reply.I am planning to go to Rio near Copacabana Beach actually next month .I saw a blog where a tourist traveling for the same goal, suggested getting an apartment,because the hotels are strict about letting the working girls exspecially the TG's enter the hotels near the ocean front,also mentioned some of the areas to go search for them, and the areas where they are, but definetly a major risk to your safety.I speak some Spanish cause of my heritage.i was looking to invest in Rosetta Stone,but its extremely expensive, an not the type of dialog used in an actual convo with the locals I was given the other on line site that teaches you most common dialog used in your daily travels.I just came back from Punta Cana Dom Republic it was amazing. The women are beautiful and US currency is in high demand ,and goes along way straight through customs agents who begged me for $20 dollars.i was happy to assist cause she didn't go through my bag completly after, she sent me on my way. she too was gorgeous.No luck with the TG's on that trip but the local women and prostitutes and tourists at my resort kept me horny and satisfied.Going back the end of august inti labor day.I hope to search and find some TG action this time.Again thanks and please PM me anything else you can think of I'd greatly appreciate it.

LOL..I was thinking after seeing a blog where the members travel together.to different places and plan events to make the trip fun.It would be real Kool if the members of our forum could do the same.set up travel packages and go TG hunting in Brazil Japan Ect.... Theres safety in numbers and we all can reep the benefits of having your own preferred TG experiance. And There's a few assholes in the forum I'd like to meet in person maybe squash some beefs.Maybe...
