I don't get it. If I want pussy, I'll go get a real woman.
I'm not saying SRS shouldnt be done, but I think they have counseling for that sorta thing and that weeds out who feels like a woman and who wants a pussy. It shouldn't be skipped.

problem is 99% of the girls who have work done are doing it the cheap/black market way...mexico for titties, dominican republic for cheeks, brazil for a pussy, etc...there only focussing on physically becoming women and not really paying attention to the mental/emotional aspect that comes along with having a real life pussy...I lot of girls (fuck it, people in general) could use some mental health counseling...
Since I do a lot of work at home, I took a break and browsed the tube. I came in on a tail end of a Discovery ID program that was highlighting a trial of two Transvestites for murder.
The charges were that these two TVs were known as the “Doctors” in Wilmington, South Carolina. The practice is known as pumping; GGs and T-girls would call upon these two for injections of silicone for body enhancements, i.e., breasts, butts, etc. But, at most, the “Doctors” would call a t-girl that has had the injections and ‘she’ would notify certain prospects that wanted to have work done. The “Doctors would hook up with those that wanted work and “pump them up” for assorted prices.
A real woman, who had solicited the services of the “Doctors” before, wanted to get more hip and butt work done. The services were performed, but there was one catch; the silicone that was used was an industrial type which was not beneficial for human consumption. In other words it was toxic; the silicone is injected directly into the body!
The woman who received the injections was a high profile individual in that area and she died as result of the ‘silicone’ injections. Of course, after an autopsy, it was found that she was poisoned from these black market shots. Prosecutor photos showed what her body looked like after the injections to certain body parts; the buttocks was pocked with dark marks from different spots that were injected (the injections could not be put in relatively the same area). The woman’s butt looked like some of the asses I’ve seen on this site!
My point is this: Some t-girls do not have to go to exotic locales to get work done.
For those who are interested, Google industrial silicon injections; Click Death Shows danger of silicone injections…
For those who want to refute me, read the article. [For what I don’t know, I’ll look it up and not say things that come off the top of my head!] For that reason you’ll never know me to describe the subjects of this site as Transsexuals. To further my point, view the HBO documentary: Be Like Others: Transsexuals in Iran! It will give those who want insight into what transsexualism is and how it affects those in theocratic nations who want to be free of the psychology of mind against the physical appearance and the threat of death because of their mental conflict. In the United States, true transsexuals do seek mental counseling to help with their transitioning for subsequent surgery.
First, congrats to Ivy for choosing to complete her transition, I hope all goes well.
I've seen (with my own two eyes) about as many females get pumped as I've seen Tg's and even a few men (pectoral and calf muscles). I'll admit almost any tg you come across will have at least a little bit of silicone pumped somewhere, be it their cheekbones, butt, tits, etc. Sadly it's a quick and easy way for tg's to get the female body proportions they want. Years ago, I created quite a bit of drama, for circulating printed articles I found online warning of the dangers of liquid silicone injections, amongst the local tg's. The local Pump Dr.'s were not happy, (my tires were slashed a couple of times) but I felt the girls had the right to make an informed decision and not be fooled by lies. Most didn't care to read it or were too 'scared' to think about possible negative outcomes. They are fooled into thinking Pump Doctors have real medical grade silicone that they acquire from shady doctors supposedly. In reality they are all using industrial grade silicone as liquid silicone was banned in the U.S. back in the 90's. A huge amount of girls go to great lengths to have the silicone removed eventually, as there are real health risk, many of which don't become apparent for years. The problem lies with the shady Pump Doctors who take advantage of young tg's who have obvious desires to look female without the use of paddings under their clothes. One of our local Pump Doctors was eventually brought up on medical malpractice charges, due to an unrelated argument, and that's how the aggressor decided to get back at the Pump Dr.
There's also an overall societal issue of people striving for perfection. People get addicted to getting pumped just like some get addicted to other forms of plastic surgery, tattoos, piercings and such. After girls go once without any problems, many come back for more and more sessions and things quickly go downhill. I tried speaking on this issue to another producer before, didn't think it would come up here in the forum though, bravo.
I could write a thesis or dissertation in response to
the last four posts, but I'm getting carpal, so....
