I do agree that in general it's a waste of time and money to attack the sex trade workers to this extent. However; with the gross amount of human trafficking going on I can't say it's not warranted. Here in Hampton Roads Va, we have one of the Major US Shipping ports. We have lots of Eastern European strippers in our 'Go-Go' bars as well as lots of Asians and Hispanics. From my days driving cabs, I had the explicit feelings that some shady practices were going down with a lot of these girls, sadly. Some would tell me about how the came here, working on a cruise line like Disney and then just never returned to ship. They have a guy in the Va Beach area who puts them up and they work for him, so I heard. This was with the Russians specifically though. I imagine there's similar stories going about.

Please don't get my personal beliefs confused with company policy. lol I most often speak for myself. My views on a lot of matters tend to be 'off' from what is socially acceptable so never take what I say as company policy unless I state so. I'm too weird of a person to be the spokesman. (example: I am not a fan of 'organized religions', the company has no problem with any religions).

I haven't looked at the disclaimer to the site in quite some time, but I would hazard a guess that it pertains to keeping underage individuals off the site and that all models are of legal age, which ARE things I agree with. Do you really need me to go through each of the points of the disclaimer, as I didn't plan on actually looking at it at the moment. You are a smart guy, I'm sure you know the difference and importance of the site's disclaimer.

Ok, well then, I should have been more clear in my initial statement. I was not referring to all disclaimers, simply those on the escort ads. Trust, after my run-in with those 'Pre-paid Legal Service' blokes I started to pay very close attention to the 'disclaimers'. lol Damn Pryamid Schemes!

Any company would use a disclaimer as a legal document renouncing responsilibity for a thing or act; and/or to state that there may be limitations of a right given from seller to buyer. :) Basically to cover a company ass legally from the vast majority of Americans looking for a 'get rich quick scheme' by sueing the company claiming they didn't know what they were in for or whatever reason they might come up with. lol sheesh, now I'm off to my movie lol j/k

a disclaimer on a CL ad wouldn't hold any legal precedence but in theory, stating donations are for time spent would absolve any reasonable doubt of prostitution in a legal sense as far as the ad itself goes (except for the picture of the girl with her dick on show). A legal practioner could then argue this to an extent but then obviously when said girl exchanges money for sex she fucked anyway.

An interesting question though... The cop which replies to this ad then goes to meet the T girl to catch her in the act of soliciting would he let her suck his dick I wonder? I think so! or even better maybe he will suck hers! :eek:

If The police want you they are going to get you there is nothing you can say or do to avoid be arrested! Now, in court the way the situation went may determine if you may beat the charge or not. Lucky me the one and only time i got caught they let me go because i didnt have any warrants and It was so funny they we so nice we talked like a hour and they had a camera to take pics of your face and case number, well they were so stuck on how I looked they took pics standing with me, and for the first and only time I signed a autograph!
