Exotic = Foreign IMO.

I dont consider whites & black exotic because you see them every day in America.

On the other hand, immigrants from Mexico, Thailand, Europe, South America, etc. can be considered exotic to an American because on a ratio basis, we dont come into contact with other cultures compared to our own.
