Now, about the rest of your comment. I think the issue has nothing to do with "traditional/non-traditional" issues. The key word in all of this rhetoric is "LOVE" my brother. I'm not talking about the general "love everyone, love thy neighbor" love. I'm talking about the love that drives two people towards each other with such force, that the "so called baggage" that came with both individuals is not even a problem.

I am dead serious when I say that I would date a transsexual woman even while she is working in the sex industry. As long as she isn't giving her emotional self to some other guy, I'm okay with it. The physical is nothing. I would never ask a young lady to quit her job just to accommodate me. I'm not that selfish. It's about being on a level beyond the worldly. Only the worldly views will allow a person to dismiss true love just because he/she is afraid of what others might think. Personally, I could care less if someone thinks I'm foolish for dating a woman that I truly love, and she truly loves me, just because she's a porn star/escort. I'm above that miniscule thought process. As long as she comes home and gives me her emotional 100%, I'm okay with it. And it doesn't matter what others think of me because they can't and won't contribute to my happiness.

Well I can definitely tell that you aren't willing to date a girl who's in the industry just by your grapic and vividly negative description of the would-be scenarios.

Again, I personally look at it as a job. I mean, I go to a job everyday where I am potentially exposed to bacterial agents such as MRSA (staph), Hepatitis B/C, different droplet and airborne pathogens, etc and etc. I surely would hate for my woman to give me an ultimatum to either quit my job or she's out. Especially if I truly care about her and she truly cares about me. That would be devastating. But then again, if she truly cared about me, she wouldn't be giving me that ultimatum now would she. (ahhh-HA!!!)

Maybe, what would break down some of the misunderstandings is if people talked about their positions before engaging in attempted relationships. I would sit down and talk with the trans-woman that I am attracted to and let her know my position on her employment status. If it turns out that her line of work is okay with me an my line of work is okay with her, then I guess it shouldn't be a problem should it. Unless, of course, I'm worried about what others think. Quite frankly, I could care less about what others say about me. Just being brutally frank.

I am definitely speaking from experience. I have mostly dated biological women, but I have dated two transsexual women in my life. One is in the sex industry right now. The only reason we didn't last is because she lives in an entirely different state. She was in the sex industry then and she still is. I didn't mind at all because it was allowing both of us to chip in for plane tickets to see each other.

Five years from now, hopefully a relationship could blossom and prosper to a point to where she doesn't need to work in the sex industry. But if she feels as if she enjoys the sex industry, then I wouldn't mind her doing and working in something that she enjoys.

As I said before, I don't mind the business. Personally speaking, I am totally okay with my woman engaging in that type of work if that's what was paying her bills before she met me and if that's what continues to pay the bills. Like Logan said, "everybody's not meant to be doctors and lawyers." We all have to do what we can to survive. Being that transsexuals are HEAVILY discriminated against, it's not that easy for them to go out and get a good job. Hell, it's not easy for them to go out and get a rinky-dink job like a floor sweeper or dish-washer. But since they are people too, just like me and you, they have to do what they can to survive. And since there is an industry/market for them, which happens to be men, they exploit that situation to make money for yourself. It's quite simple to me.

Love what are you talking about, wasn't about love for me, I dated her I never said loved her and the others, (there are a lot of positives dating industry girls, you meet a lot of girls who aren't hung up on sex) they were never my woman, I knew better than to do that. and I knew that wasn't for me, I knew I had no intention of being that guy. seen way too many horror stories in real time.
