I was just thinking, could there be some type of law set in place that makes some of the sex workers and escorts test for STDs before they place ads on Eros?

I could see this being effective on Eros, but I know backpage and CL would slip through the cracks (which I think should be banned anyway). It could be a little damage control at least. Something is better than nothing.

As long as the client is being safe he shouldnt have anything to worry about. If he choses to participate in high risk behavior then he can only fault himself.

U kats are crazy, like a few have already concluded, "I'm on my way out as well", in fact i'm like down to almost once every year type isshhhh. But for real w/o sayin so much we suppose to be like a community yall. That would be a great start. However, it won't likely happen for the same reason many states won't do medical marijuana or many other things - the religious right who think that great start will be the great start of the Apocalypse. They think if you allow one opening around any of the quasi-moral legal issues, then it will just be sin everywhere. That's my take on it.
