Here's the problem with you Kitty. You are smart and you are opinionated - all of which I respect in any person. Simply put I am more honest and straight forward about my preferences than most girls are. I know plenty of girls who work in the industry who do the exact same thing. Anybody who constantly has to assert that they "are smart" probably isn't that smart. They can read a book and pass an exam, they can use long words but they have no experience in life and even less at handling their own mindset. As I mentioned, most people grow out of that, so I really hope you do.

I understand exactly where you are coming from. I understood from your first post when I simply told you, to try it for yourself, instead of listening to others. Unless you experience and form your own opinions from that direct experience, then you don't have the right to comment. It's a shame that Buddy closed his night, as successful as it was and now you won't get the opportunity to try. Your constantly coming back at me, is an attack. If you don't understand that, then try learning how to communicate properly, that would be "smart". Being "blunt" isn't necessarily the virtue you think it is, great communication skills are far more important.

I would like to add that Seanchai didn't come off as taking it personal and/or attacking you. Well, that did change after the "go fuck yourself" bit which raised my eyebrows, as it seemed unwarranted. Respect, for everyone here should allows be maintained and to reduce yourself, unnecessarily to cursing shows how personal you are taking it Kitty. It's just a party, not something to make a big deal out of. Your lack of attendance would say all that needs to be said.

I'm also not saying that the party's aren't 'fun', just not the type of scene I want to spend my night in. I know what I like 'from experience' though I haven't been to those trans clubs, I know I like to hear a live band, over a bombardment of stripper/club music. I know I want to be able to still hold a conversation with someone without having to raise my voice. I know I like to be around like minded people that aren't going to judge or put me down off in the corner, cause I don't dress up in label dresses and whatnot, I'm a rocker girl at heart, so when I show up I'm in tight jeans, motorcycle boots, and a halter top, that's about as dressed up as this girl gets. I'm not knocking anyone who wants to go to these type of events, because meeting someone you have been a fan of can be a powerful moment, being able to chill out and yuck it up with the who's who, does mean something to some people. There's no one I could possibly meet out there way across the country that would benefit me, but again, if I actually lived out there, and they featured live local bands, I might stop through for hot minute. I will be the first to admit that I'm a peculiar person, I enjoy being unique and a bit off kilter, and occasionally, I like pissing people off, but to a point.

85% of the time you seem like a very cool girl and someone to get to know more fully, but you do tend to take things very personally yourself Kitty. Some battles are worth fighting, and others not so. I didn't even see this as a real debate at first. Simply stating that the porn trans parties aren't your scene was fine and should have been left at that, but it persisted. Chile, all I can say is it's not really that big of deal, the events will go on with or without one or two girls attending.
