Sounds like a crock of shit. Sure any employee may get fired behind what was really a personal preference, but at the end of the day if the employee is fucking up then that is their fault, not their gender identity or sexuality fault.

A person that says to reject statistical science and solely rely on anecdotal evidence is as foolish as the Republicans claiming that global warming isn't real and that drilling and mining doesn't effect the environment. They are really just more concerned with getting their own point across, and want to dismiss any and all facts.

yes remy. thats my point. a lot people arent accepting of that type of person and they get fired over shit that they would normally let go for someone else. And statistical evidence is BULLSHIT.
