Crooked Po Po

ok i normally dont post a thread but today i had to ..there is this officer around my way who tries to use me like to u know have casual encounters yet he knows i have ads and stuff but i guess because he po po im suppose to feel scared . Well i dont want to be apart of the charade anymore so I make him aware of this and he sends me a msg stating well dont have anymore clients around your house because your being watch and I wont keep them from comming to get you any longer! I think thats so messed up how they use there authority to get easy passes...its so crooked what should I do?:confused:

I have no idea what kind of legal method you could use here. Maybe you could file a harassment complaint?

Boy, this is a deep situation. It has been well documented, historically; all over the country what public officials (namely and sadly, police officers) will do to get desired effects they want. Personally think this is a veiled threat (watching your place), with skewered consequences, because he is a law enforcement officer. He secretly desires you and the genre, but he’s playing the “down-low” aspect so he won’t get caught and face ridicule from his fellow officers, the public, his family and worst of all, the loss of his job!
More so, if you don’t comply, he’ll set you up; have his boys (the police), fabricate charges to get you busted with a threat of jail time, moreover get you killed! He’s already threatening you!
We’ve got a situation similar to yours in Detroit involving an official (Detroit’s ex-mayor, his wife and the police and the state’s AG) where a stripper was murdered because she gave the mayor a lap dance at a [party] at the mayoral mansion. Lifer cops were fired with damaging text messages between the mayor and his chief of staff, cronies indicted, cover-ups were everywhere; sexual liaisons were raised with the mayor fucking his chief of staff and a federal appointee, just a mess because of an alleged lap dance! http://www.freep.com/article/2010112...ul-lawyer-says
The stripper was allegedly beaten up by the mayor’s wife at the alleged party; allegedly taken to the hospital by police, who were allegedly at the party, had the investigation whitewashed, allegedly by the authorities, then killed in a drive by while sitting in her car six months later.
My point is, when dealing with public officials, be very careful, especially if you’re transgender, because in certain places the politics, will overwhelm you!
I suggest you, protect yourself at every angle; you didn’t want or force this relationship. So what if he says you’re an escort, it doesn’t mean you’re doing it for sex! Put the onus on him; he approached you, you’ve done nothing wrong!
• Play this officer off; go about your regular business (your everyday life) and document every encounter you have with this cop
• Come right out and tell him you’ll go to his superiors about his actions, in other words, make a report against him for harassment!
• Have a confidant(s) (a friend with observed evidence) to give necessary witness to all events with this guy; tell more than one person, namely your immediate family; you never can tell when you’re dealing with the government and its bureaucrats; remember: They have the resources to build a bullshit case and go beyond your word versus theirs
• Use Facebook or YouTube to document the harassment in case you are arrested on bogus charges by this guy (he already said he/they are watching you) or something [“skull-duggerous”] happens to you; once something goes on the internet it can get viral very quickly
• You’ve told us, sadly if anything happens to you (heaven forbid), WE know it, because it was recorded on this day, November 22, 2012
I’ll say it again, ignore the dude for as long as you possibly can; please don’t give in (unless you really want this encounter to happen, then its more than moot)!

Good advice from TVSurfer. Tape the phone calls if you are in Maryland... say his name during the call. I believe Maryland law allows for taping of phone conversations without consent. Once taped, give the recording to one other person that this cop does not know for safe keeping and let them know if you get locked up or if anything else happens to you to release it on youtube and to the media. Let him know that if anything happens to you - scorched earth... you will have him taken down. Also let him know that if he leaves you be, the tape will never see the light of day. Then, pray because you are in a hell of a situation... no joke. Good luck girl, I'm praying for you to.

thnx you guys i dunno i mean at first it was ok u kno. Guys be like im fallin for you and they always want me to be there girlfriend..i cant be everyone girlfriend and lately dudes do me grimmie because of that like show up un annouced at my house cursing me out sumtimes drunk im like wtf now cause i wont be with this officer as his gf or w.e he says special friend he wants to black mail me. I use to think having people falling for you was a good thing now its getting outta hand and becoming a lil crazy to deal with .Im so scared and im a nice person i dont do drama and i just want to live my life I cant be everyones damn girlfriend..by the way this convo was done over yahoo msngr and im sure he:confused: would delete his user name!

Did you save the conversation? Even if he deletes the username it should still be traceable to him. Not to mention he probably uses that as his e-mail address for all sorts of business.

It's best to let as many people know as you can. I really hate people who abuse their power for personal reasons like that.

I would have to agree with what the other guys have stated but i know little about US law so i wouldnt be able to add to that angle. I will however propose a more risky option but one i believe might work but please be aware it is purely hypothetical.

Now, from what i have read we can assume this officer has got jealous and wants you for himself but only if your on the side. It sounds like he has a gf or wife at home and wants his relationship with you to be in complete secrecy. What you could try to do is drive him away by being an all round annoying girl and showing him anything he might be put off by or find unattractive. For example he seems to want you to be a girl on the side who he fucks with from time to time but this has to be on his terms so.. Why not ask for more. Tell him you want him all for yourself and you want him to stop playing the down low and treat you like his only girlfriend. Hopefully without too much effort he will grow tired of this and find next girl to fuck with.

If he goes for it then you should play but always ask to go out in to public where his friends or collegues might spot you together. Once your sure someone has seen you together then they need to be introduced to one your ads discreetly. As long as the ad appears in some kind of magazine or paper or via a seemingly spam type email (eg while i was in nyc a few years back there where ads in the back of free papers and even the onion paper) hopefully at this point the person(s) who see the ad put two and two together then mr officer should back off.

Now this a pure hypothetical as there areany things that could go wrong i mean the longer that charade went on the more likely it would be that he would retaliate upon his friends finding out.

I guess another but slightly immoral way of getting rid of the dude is to try and push him on to a girl you dont like. I mean from my read of this guy he seems like a guy who loves a transgendered woman as long as its on the dl and he gets his own way.

I know you mean well PP, but the best thing for her to do is not to accommodate this guy! He’s a police officer; he’s sworn to uphold the law not to break it! What he’s trying to do with Sasha is subliminally blackmail her into some type of relationship that she obviously doesn’t want! That’s harassment! It would be bad enough if it came from a regular Joe, but this dude is a cop! He’s trying to use his authority as a police officer to get what he wants. She should just try to ignore this guy, don't fuck with him at all and move on; that way if he persists, she can proceed with legal means to get him to cease and give up! If she does all the right things afforded to her by legal means, she shouldn’t have a problem. But if she accommodates this dude, then he’ll get brave and push this shit further and then there is no telling what will happen!
