While he did mention specifically black dudes he also said "No guys at all" and that he personally prefers TS on TS or Female on Shemale.
It raises the question whether he feels the same about white dudes. Since he mentioned "black" there seems to be a bias here, but it looks more like a personal preference than a racial prejudice. Hard to tell without probing his mind further. Probably not worth the bother.
