Thanks...I have been interested in seeing a site like that with a little porn twist. I like this idea also Ms Lady and it has been tried before(see:Transformation Magazine) but profitability would be a concern. The market that would be inclined toward such a mag tends to be somewhat private about their fetish for transgendered females and would be reticent about purchasing it via a local newsstand, book store, liquor store etc. like your typical "girlie" magazines. Without adequate circulation and a substantial subscription base it would be very hard to sell advertising which is the lifeblood of that industry. T-girl porn reigns supreme online as one can consume it in the privacy of their own abode without any prying eyes(other than "Big Brother") leaning over one's shoulder. As one who loves mags in general i would welcome a trans-themed one along the lines of a "Black Tail" or "Players". Digital media is cool but for me there is nothing like the intimacy of holding a book, mag or other periodical in one's hands. I liked your idea and had similar designs about 5 years ago, but since then, the print industry has fallen into its death spiral for which there may be no return. Many great successful print magazines have lost substantial readership and advert dollars to the online machine.

I've suggested many of times to the company to look toward creating a non porn Iphone app, just showing the girls bikini, skimpy outfits, maybe not even directly marketing it as Tgirls, but of course linking to our sites for 'full exposure'

I also suggested a non porn site for our shemales to do more mainstream type modeling, but how to monetize that, when guys hardly like to pay for porn.

As much as I despise nearly all things under the 'Reality Tv' category, I think a Grooby House showcasing 3 different girls, living, working together in Industry is hot for those into that kind of thing.

Even better to market to Hotels, scripted scenes, for the girls with acting potential, every week along with the solo and hardcore scenes, there's one 30min clip, moderate on the dialogue, and moderate on the sex. Basically like something that would be accepted by hotels for their PPV programs. I don't know what process hotel chains use in selecting porn, but overall good exposure for Grooby and helping to build future actresses. This is basically what I hoped Shemale Pornstars (Bill you are great!) would be, only adding in the hotel aspect as a way to further monetize this.

I had a producer create original tracks for just this reason before, (as it's illegal to use copyrighted music) and was denied getting them edited into the vid clips in proper fashion. I had noticed this is how a lot of solo GG porn is presented and thought it was more interesting then the quiet flap of jerking off and a/c running, alas I don't handle the vid editing. I do think this could be a superior presentation method as a lot of girls are too nervous to talk in any meaningful way.

The vids didn't offer much in the way of porn, more of a rated 'r' behind the scenes of a porn shoot than a 'x' rated shoot. I don't think I actually saw her naked at all, so that wouldn't be acceptable to people paying for porn.
As far as glamour, I like them as well, though you can't expect the large amount of photos from a glamour shoot, more like 10-50 pics if you are lucky and very talented. Again, this sort of thing would mean working more with experinced girls more so than new girls but I do like it nonetheless.

I think the biggest factor with this style of content is the higher production value needed, from both pre and post production aspects. All of this goes to raise the cost of said production and may not actually raise profitability in any meaningful way. The internet has allowed the Gonzo style of content creation to flourish and is nearly the only thing keeping porn profitable in this age of massive free porn.

I don't know if you are joking but that, to me, is the best idea I've heard. Obviously everything would be set up in advance, but then going out to local tgirl hangouts in cities with the girls and having a guy "meet" the girl then they get busy in the van (a la Bang Bus) or even at a hotel room. The true-life down and dirty thing is what would sell because a lot of strolls are gone, a lot of guys are "scurred" to go to tgirl/gay spot and lastly its different. Sprite Remix, HBO's it's not Tv, Ruff Ryders, How High, Mystic, Playstation, And 1, Sum 41, and a couple others specific artist tours, but of course I wasn't filming in this perspective, but I know how to get it done :cool: The key aspect of this idea being that it serves two purposes.
