It's a good question but also a complex one. As we all know, lust is an important ingredient in love, particularly in the first few months or years of a relationship. For some guys, if his TGirl-friend had an SRS it would make her less attractive sexually and that could be deal breaker. That's just the way it is.
Now, sorry if this sounds mushy, but for me personally, true love is mostly about the deep connection between two kindred souls. It's about sticking with someone no matter what, e.g. even if they become sick or disabled. I understand that the SRS is extremely important to some (but not all) TGirls, so if I loved her then absolutely I would support her. Also, the SRS would not need to eliminate sex.
