I know this girl has already possessed this title of "Black T-Girl of the Year" but I would give it to her again in a heartbeat!!! SHEEBA!!!!!!! I would go for Sheeba or Hailey. Nody Nadia is also in that running too. Sheeba is ageless, classy and oh so damn beautiful!!!!!!!!
