Feedback & Constructive Criticism

I welcome all feedback and constructive criticism and will answer it either directly or in the forum but I'm not going to leave up a thread which is clearly just allowing some people to bitch and cause distruptions without any constructiveness.

To the Op (JM? I think) - points taken and I'll forward that to the photographers. It's not always down to the photographers but to the models a lot and often you won't see girls who don't play well, being invited back. Companies like Evil Angel have a budget where they can hire a girl for most of the day and get more out of them (but produce 10-15 scenes a year). They also rarely hire a model that we haven't worked with first thererfore taking out the risk of seeing how a model actually is on camera. Often a model's first shoot lacks confidence on her part and it's only because of THIS site the photographers committments to finding new models that there is even a BTG scene on the internet at all.

TheGreat1 - Omar is a new shooter and he's finding awesome models and has really nice photography skills. He's getting a new camera this month and we're working with him to encourage him to become the best he can be. He's eager, enthusiastic, has skills and the girls like working with him. We don't have the budgets or the ability to be able to train people so they need to learn on the job. Practically every producer of worth we have started this way. You can find producers that are technically super competent to begin with but they often lack the heat and personality we look for.

Vidman - you're getting tiring again. It's going to be time for you to take a break if you're going to continue to misbehave.

To anyone I missed. Please add constructive feedback - not "XXXX sucks". Be polite and let us know what lacks in someone's videos, what you'd like to see more or less of and we will try to accomodate or change, if it's in the interest of the majority. We've adjusted and adapted this site over the years and will continue to do so, so we can continue to bring new models to you.

Didnt mean to come off as 'this dude sucks' lol. Not my intentions at all. And yes, i know he's new and i know (just know lol) a few of the girls he's shot with and they all said he was a cool dude. And yeah, im sure his work will improve. I was just putting some stuff out there for consideration, that's all. Not trying to start a witch hunt lol. If he's interested, i know a few other girls he might be able to convince to do some shooting if he hasnt spoken to them already.

Constructive feedback. I want a real video. Too many initial videos are straight garbage. You may take offense to that but I really hate wasting my time downloading a vid that looks like I could have watched it on YouTube. This is my favorite site of every site I DL from but things seem to be going downhill. I want a real scene like you'd see on smy or ts playground or Mariana's not a tease. It just seems like filler not a quality vid.

That's just kind of pointless feedback. You say their "garbage" which is your opinion (incorrect in my opinion) but you don't say what's wrong? We don't use any filler and their is no tease. Each video is a complete scene. Why is it going downhill in your opinion? What exactly is wrong with the video - or rather, what videos are right?

For instance nia lees vids. Majority of her vids are nothing but her laying on her back and jerking off. Secondly The clothing. Where are the sexy outfits like when Dominique wore lace or Sabrina Suzuki wearing that all leopard skin suit or her schoolgirl outfit. Thirdly, the scenes are boring. Not all of them are but most. I see a lot of sites stepping it up but when I visit here it just seems like more of the same ol. Maybe it's not getting worse, and just that everyone else is getting better. I don't mean any of these as insults btw, just giving my honest opinion.

You say you don't mean this has an insult ... but the second part is pretty insulting. This sites changed massively and I don't see anyone in our niche "stepping it up" more than we have but I won't harp on with the sales pitch. Let me reword this into constructive criticism for you.

LOL where have you read that constructive criticism is supposed to be labeled with pretty words? Anyways...in regards to what the models do in the vids, "Can we get" more of them on a counter top, on a table, bent over, walking around naked, oiled up, on the stairs, in a pool, sexy outfits, shower scene, exercising, etc.......The list is infinite. In regards to other sites, some people that make really good vids to me are sites like, tsplayground, andreanobilis, and bigdickbitch. Their scenes come together really well, and it be nice to see similar vids on here.

in defense of seanchai, the outfits are out of his control...the photogs need to tell the models that the regular 'bra and panty' combination isnt gonna work...they need OUTFITS...not like they have to spend a gang of money on them, just something sexy...

now in defense of wert, i DO think most of the hardcore scenes are kinda of ho-hum...i've seen some of the girls in their private stash of videos and they're going HARD...but they get on btg and wanna be cute...again, the photogs need to demand more from BOTH male and female performers...like sasha strokes says, 'this ain't no beauty competition, its PORN' lol...

as far as the content of the solo scenes, yeah there needs to be more creativity because its a solo scene...the basic 'her sitting there stroking' gets dull because solo scenes don't offer a whole lot so to make up for it, get creative...shower scenes, pool scenes, outside scenes, play with the lighting, etc...have the girls actually talk (silent movies went out a LONG time ago lol)...

all in all, i don't have a problem with the site, i just believe with the level of talent (the models) and the photogs you have (remy, kali, buddy woods), the videos can be so much better (not saying they aren't good now)...and yes, i understand you don't have the backing of a SUPER company, but what you lack in big budget can be made up for with creativity...hell, i bet if you had a video with the model cumming in a different position, like doggy style, it'd get a good review because honestly, that's some of the sexiest shit in the world...the viewer can imagine hitting the model from the back while she's cumming...that's the best shit in the world right there lol

Seanchai, I respect you for opportunities you have presented to me in the past and for maintaining this forum and website. I have a habit of being too blunt at time, especially when the liquor is flowing.

But with that said, I can't stand by and let anyone disrespect me or call me out, especially when they have a history of being a smart mouth. And because of my reaction I apologize to you for my comments that ultimately lead to the deletion of my earlier thread.

If you ever are in Chicago, i'll take you out for dinner and drinks with some hot local cool t-girls on me.

That why it's constructive not just a bunch of moans and whines - by letting someone know what can be done to change it. Being polite and able to put your points across in a proper manner, is how you get an answer to something and not deleted. If you can't learn that, you may as well stop communicating completely and go swing in a tree.
The sites you mentioned: only TSPlayground (which I've already mentioned in this thread) does anything more creative than this site and they only update a few scenes a year which he pays $1000's to produce - the rest are junk (in my opinion). If the list is infinite then by doing as many different scenes as we do we're a) fulfilling what you're asking us to do and b) never going to be able to please you.
Maybe you've just spent too much time on this site and became over-saturated by the amount of regular updates and content. 12 yrs ago we barely got one new girl a month and a handful of black sets. We're now putting up the equivalent of almost a set a day, have more new girls then we no how to deal with and the content has improved immeasurably in every way ... so maybe it's just that, you're getting too used to what we do, so of course sets start to look more similar.
I don't mean this as a cop out to your so called feedback but what you've suggested, we're doing, in each and every update so maybe it's not us, it's you.

All good points. You've met (how) many of these girls so you know what they're like. We give them a checklist of what to do/bring before a shoot and 7/10 fuck something up. At that point we can cancel/reschedule the shoot and risk never getting them in again, the photographers losing their time and money and possibly not having enough material - or we can go ahead and adapt. We always have the photographers at the least bring stockings but trying to bring a full wardrobe would be inpractical and expensive. Also what a model thinks is sexy ... isn't what you, or you, or you, or I might think is sexy.

Amateur shoots are always hornier - they're hornier to watch as you know the paricipants are really into it. I do think there have been some lacklustre scenes on here over the years and some of the recent ones have been a disappointment - but again, it's often not found out until mid-way through a scene that the girl isn't a performer (or doesn't know how to) and it's too late to cancel then. I do critic back to the photographers on shoots and those who aren't getting more consistent good shoots, will get less commissions.

Believe me, all the photographer we have now try to get the best out of the models, solo scenes are solo scenes - there is only so much you can do with one. A shower scene just doesn't give enough to do with (shot 2-3 angles, either standing or squatting), doggystyle masturbating and cumming? It might look good but go and try it ... it's not easy and it looks like you're milking a cow - we'd then have guys complaining we didn't get the face and the pop shot on. You guys seem to think that we're able to demand, push and instruct the models what to do - for a lot of them that doesn't work, we have to cajole, encourage and tutor them, all the while telling them how fantastic they are doing and how great they look. These aren't pro-models - often it's there first shoots (and sometimes their last) - they're not looking for fulltime careers in porn.
Ultimately, this site is what it is. If you want pro-models and slick scenes where every scene works then there are sites, which follow this site and cherrypick (steal) the best models which we've already tested.

All photographers will be pointed to this thread. We will encourage better costumes and see if we can get change some stuff but not matter what we do, there are only so many ways to skin a cat and with 1500 models, many with 6+ scenes, there is going to be a lot of repetition in the sets.

You should have a outline of some type or format, of what is expected form these girls, aside from busting a nut for extra kudos.

Skip the interview, or keep it under 2 minutes. Everyone is on here for some type of sexual fetish, so with that said, these photographers need to let these girls know ahead of time to be prepared to get freaky on camera and talk to the camera like they are fucking it.

Off the top of my head, Cinnamon is a good example of how a rookie (not saying she is a rookie) should do their videos. Ambrosia's last video is a good example of how a girl should talk to the cameras, but of course each girls has their own style and comfort zone.

These girls need to know that men and women are paying to see sex and get their fetishes fulfilled, not 10 minutes of modeling in a biking and a few minutes of jacking off and and titty play.

But since im not the photographer I have zero experience regarding the types of challenges they go through when dealing with the models.

Good luck and email me ahead of time if you wanna take me up on that offer since I do not check my email on a daily basis.

Do already but you can't really do it ahead of time. If a girl comes with an outrageous ass then we try and use that, if she's more aboue showing off her big cock then we go for that. Everytime we miss an interview we get complaints. Have you really heard (come on just imagine it) some of these girls talking to the camera like they are fucking it? It's horrible - just really false and rubbish, it's not a natural thing to do. Someone likes feet, someone likes ass, someone likes lingerie, etc. There isn't a cookie cutter we can bring to each shoot until we're actually at the shoot.

This is the real crux and with all respect to everyone in this thread, you all think you can do better. Until you get a girl you've only met an hour before, under 2-4 lights, in front of a camera and you start directing her on what to do. Some flow and are brilliant, and others are pulling teeth. What you see is the edited version. We've had girls jacking for 45 mins just to get a cum shot (that part is edited down to a minute or so) and at that point you just don't want to miss the cum shot, you'd never dare to tell her to move into XZY position incase she or you lost the moment.
If we working with pro-models, the type of models on Shemale.XXX for example who have done shoots before it's different but for most girls, it's their first time or less than 2-3 shoots under their belts.

and im in NO way trying to suggest that the photogs don't put forth their best effort in every shoot...far be it from me to insinuate that someone is half-assing if i don't know it for sure...i've exchanged quite a few messages with both Remy and Kali, and they've both been very helpful and kind, so i would never intentionally insult them

and yeah, im not photographer, at least not a professional lol, so no, i don't know what all it entails...im sure it is MUCH more difficult than it appears...and yes, i'm sure not everything goes as planned and that makes things more difficult...in regard to your statement about 'try shooting a girl that you've only met an hour ago', would it be too difficult that, when a photog sets up a shoot (if they do it a week or two in advance), that they try to open up a line of communication with the model so they're more familiar with each other as far as what they are and/or aren't comfortable with...so they can kind of frame their shoot around that...im not saying take the girl out to dinner, just maybe a few phone conversations or if they're in the same, meet them out somewhere to hang out for a few minutes...cuz i know i'd be nervous and apprehensive as well if i had to get naked in front of a complete stranger too (see, thegreat1 isn't as bold as he may appear lol)

all in all, i know what i suggested may not be what other site members want to see and vice versa...so trying to satisfy everybody is impossible and that makes all of your jobs more difficult...again, i wasn't trying to start a witch hunt, drama or a 'bash the photogs' thread...i greatly appreciate them as well as this site...this site actually helped me become more comfortable with my attraction and relationships with ts women...and in more than a sexual aspect too...i've met and gotten to know some of the girls from this site and have come to appreciate them for not only their beauty and sexuality, but for the people that they are as well...so thank you to all the photogs (and you seanchai) for all of your work...i have the utmost respect for what all of you do...if i could figure out how to get my vision up and running, i'd foray into the market as well...i've got a great idea, just can't figure out how to put it into motion

They do - Buddy is probably the best at this but often a traveling girl needs to be shot within days. A few phone calls doens't break down the barrier of getting naked, erect and spreading your ass in front of a camera. Our current crop of shooters all have good rapports with the models but as you know, many of the girls aren't the easiest communicators or the most relaxed people at the best of times.

I guess that's why his vids always seem more intimate. That and his video style.

As already mentioned earlier in the thread my only feed back would be the camera quality of Omars video shoots. The video output is drastically different to the rest of the photographers. There have been on occasions inconsistency with Philly Robs video output also which, on occasion has come back at what I see as significantly lower quality than the other photographers video in terms of video resolution (not the actual content)

Out of curiosity are the videos edited by the photographers? Before your uploader puts the videos up each week are the videos finally encoded all with the same resolution settings and quality (where camera permits)?

I assume each photographer is working freelance in respect of equipment in this case and as a business Grooby isn't involved with the equipment side of things. Using Omar as an example the photographs taken are of a high quality and seem to be consistent with other photographers in terms of image quality but then the video is of a lesser quality. I can only assume based on this that separate cameras are used for each part of the shoot. I know a lot of the time this will be due to photo's being taken whilst the camera rolls attached to a tripod to save time but it might be worth noting that a lot of mid range DSLR cameras that are probably being used on shoots have pretty respectable video recording facilities with good lens quality. I'm guessing the price you might pay to buy a half decent video camera could be split down the middle to buy 2 good DSLR cameras to still enable dual shooting.

Looking at the quality of shoots I'm guessing the camera's used for photo's would be something similar to a Canon 600D or t4i which, is around about $1,100. Then based on some of the better video shoots (quality wise) photographers are probably using something like a Panasonic Ag-ac90 or similar handheld which, are around $1,800. So buying two DSLRs at $1,100 is saving about a 1,000. Again I'm purely speculating but if this where the case and each photographer where to use the same or similar equipment there would be no issue with consistency shoot-to-shoot in terms of quality apart from the lack of lighting some of the guys have or don't. Then again the $1000 they just saved might come in handy for that ;)

Not exactly feed back about what I'm viewing in terms of content but some times it can be a little disappointing to see a new model being let down by the video quality of her shoot.. I'm talking dark and grainy as has sometimes been the case. Just taking steps to have that consistency between shoots at least brings the overall quality of the content up a notch in my opinion.

I am in no means disrespectful to any of the young ladies on your site, nor have I ever made any disrespectful comments in any thread about any of the ladies. But if I feel that your site could be more creative then I will express that any way I see fit. If I want to be blunt, I will. If I want to be sarcastic, I will. If I want to be a Mr. Nice guy, I will. If I want to bitch, I will. If I want to whine and moan, guess what...... Instead of being sensitive about the way something is being said, focus more on the significance of the comment. Afterall, your customers know what they like. Yes you do have the best updates and newest girls on your site weekly, but how about pairing that with nuance. Don't just keep living off of the fact that you have the newest girls every week. Couple your great weekly updates with creativity. Again, TS Playground is a great example. I understand that time and talent aren't always on your side, but it seems to me that it never is. Do you remember the shoot that Remy did with Sasha Strokes when they were out on the beach? That was an excellent shoot! It was different, it was refreshing. Much more exciting than the weekly Motel 6 room shoots.

Now that I think about it, I hardly ever participate in the forums anymore anyway. It's not about sensitivity. If I was that bothered about that, I simply wouldn't have a forum such as this. I haven't disrespected anyone at all, other than the few people I have had personal beef with like Smuzik and we have both disrespected each other. Outside of those parameters, if anyone feels that I have disrespected them just based on my general comments that I post from time-to-time, I'm sure they would have made it an issue.

I feel like every time i come to you with something (which is very rare) you dismiss it and give excuses as to why things are the way they are. I listen to everything - and we respond to a lot but I've said this before, I'm not going to simply pay you lip service and say we're going to make those changes only for them not to be done. If something can't be done, or I don't think enough people want it done - or if you don't understand how we work, then I'm going to answer and explain that to you. Ok that was a lot to read. Well I'm always open to constructive criticism and try to incorporate what I can into my shoots. Please understand that there is only so much that can be done. I particularly like outdoor shoots, but I rarely have a location that I can pull off public nudity in and even if I did keep the model comfortable, confident, and warm under these winter conditions makes things even harder. I'm all about control, if I can't control the majority of potential variables in a given shoot, I'd rather just avoid it because "Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong", and I'm trying to conduct business here, not just fuck off. Another problem I have with outdoor locations in particular is that I generally schedule multiple girls the same day, so driving for an 30-60 min to get to secluded area and or beach scene for 3-7 min of footage and then driving back usually will destroy my schedule and cause all other models shoots to run behind.
