lol That's hilarious and also sad, because truth is, without viewing test results it is true that you never know what a person may have with regards to STD. One thing I can tell you though, I've known a lot of 'sick' girls, actually being in the gay/ts community myself and knowing the truths that are never leaked to 'guys', and most of them, you can't look and tell anything is wrong due to the advancement and availability of medicine now. They live relatively normal lives and 'look' like anyone else, healthy and clean. It's only when a person goes for prolonged periods of time without their medication, and then gets an illness of some sort that they may look like Tom Hanks in Philadelphia. (just grabbed the HD version of this classic movie the other day to btw. lol)
