In all honesty the labels given to transpersons was to help with understanding in the psychological community and for practicioners. It means absolutely nothing in a real life to real people that are secure with in themselves. Transexual or Transvestite in main stream society you are still the absolute same and definately a miniority. Its delusional to think that implants and a other surgical methods make us more acceptable to the world as a whole. Transexual, cross dresser, Transvestite and the such were just diagnosis's to help psychiatrist treat the level of gender dysphoria.
Do your reasearch about people someplace a little better than this if you are seriuos in learning about women like us. Other than that you will be getting a talk show education sitting here listening to someone that doesn't know anyting more than you do. Most transpersons have no idea what this really means to them to be labeled as such how can they possibly help you to understand. This is a clear case of the blind leading the blind.

I've always thought of the Benjamin Protocols (as I like to call it) for transitioning and which was for a long time (and still is) the standard that doctors had to follow in order to prescribe hormones to "tg's" too restrictive. However; in light of how many 'ts' that are out there only to make money or have sex with 'seemingly' str8 men and have no desire of really transitioning or having SRS, I do think the 'B.P.' should be in full effect.

I can't imagine the amount the courage it takes to transition, though I know that a lot of these "ladies" are uninhibited and know exactly what they want; visionaries, in my opinion.
