Apples and oranges. You can't compare someone actively lying through their words and actions to someone wearing make up. She didn't complain about the guy dressing "fresh to death" one day and showing up looking like a hobo the rest. She was referring to a guy lying about his character, pretending to be someone he is not. Makeup and clothes doesn't change a person personality in and of itself. You can put Flava Flav in the fliest Armani suit, he is still Flava Flav. Same goes for girls, no matter how you dress Sookie up, make up or no, she is still Sookie. A person character doesn't change based on make up or clothes.
