I think Tony Vee's amended definition of hc is about right for the USA.

I can imagine that shooting a scene of 2 people having sex is a lot more expensive than 1 person, maybe there is more risk (?) or fewer models willing to do it unless they get extra $$, etc. Then if the viewers don't like that as much as single-model posing, the site may be spending $$ on the wrong thing. On the other hand, maybe it increased subscribership, so then it's the right thing ?
