Interesting...Do you know any models that are recieving royaties for a single photo-shoot? I mean, yeah Super Models like Tyra Banks and the sort do, but the majority of models (especially new) get paid for their modeling gig. Doesn't matter if its porn, print (catalog&magazines), tv, web. Nothing wrong with not being up for porn though, it isn't for everyone, asking for royalities just seems like a very unreasonable expectation. I do agree though, for the girls that don't escort, there's little "Publicity" benefits to be had from doing Porn/photoshoots and showing potential customers their sexual prowess. it happens every day yes it may be unreasonable to ask for royalties but i know girls and guys that do get them . i just (right now) am not ready to completely sell my images to a site that will make plenty of money off of them for years to come . i also know girls that missed great oppitunitys be cause there image was not tradmarked... i just have not made a decision yet as to where im taking this in my life but if i plan on being an escort for life these sites are great for advertisement and promotion,, im not sure i wanna take that step just yet.....trust me escorting helps but its not my main source of income im a partime esthetician and i also do theater in my spare time escorting allows me the travel to my auditions without spending the money i make in esthetics......

Hmm.. thats definately an interesting one. I wouldn't have thought anyone would really get royalties for their photographs. Pehaps the most famous supermodels would but even then I would only expect that from magazines or television. The internet would be much more difficult to regulate when especially when it comes to photographs. There are numerous ways to download a photograph and in that respect royalties paid would be endless I'm sure.

I dont know a great deal about copyright law but I would have thought that you would own the intellectual property as it were but the photographer would own the copyright as they are the ones who framed, took and created the picture.

I would have thought that all internet modelling porn or not would pay a flat fee only.

On a lighter note you are fine so it would be a shame not to see you on the site.

Unless the girl/guy owns their own publishing company and has a distributor I believe you are spot on. Most gg porn stars who make it big start out as getting flat rates for a performance $400 - $1000 and then use that money and stripper dollars to parlay into owning their own publishing company where they CAN finally make royalties. In other words, you gotta pay your dues and work your way up to get them residual dollars.
