Real talk: then those salty ass tgirls need to use the site to springboard their own grind. I hate when I hear these girls pissing and moaning (or calling asking me for money) instead getting on their grind. This country more than any other is one where if you want to hustle you can get some bread. In other words, if those girls getting pissed about Seanchai rolling and living it up in Hawaii or wherever would do a couple of shoots, get on the net with a site, pump buzz in the forum, then they wouldn't have time to worry about his bread, they'd be counting their own. Feel exploited lol that's bullshit, I despise hearing this. Grooby give the girls a chance to shine, introduce them to the Adult Industry in a proper professional aspect. Whether they choose to further pursue a career and opportunities in this Industry is totally up to them. We can't force feed them success. Nobody stops these girls from contacting the other porn studios for work or starting their own solo site. Instead of staring at youtube, myspace, and other random crap online, tell them to do some damn work and research the Adult Industry. There are only a handful of production studios that are reliably shooting ts erotica so it should be a very easy search.

Whomever feels like we aren't helping them be successful, needs to put the cheeseburger down, drop the friends doing nothing positive in their life, and get focused man. Also, recognize that solo sites aren't the only way to success either. I give big props to the girls running solo sites as it take a huge amount of work, time, effort, and money to be done properly and legally examples (marketing, PR, content production, website design, etc.). I do think it can be just as easy to make the same level of money solo site girls *cough*(notice how many solo site girls still escort) do by simply doing Webcam shows, affiliate sales, and doing shoots for the various companies out there. I personally always try and help my models that express interest in a career in the adult industry in what steps they should take next. All I can do is give advice, it's up to them to act upon the advice given and make something of themselves. I think sometimes the girls mistake porn studios for talent agencies and again that goes to their lack of research into the adult industry. On that note, talent agencies are not needed for the adult industry, if a model is too lazy to contact the porn studios themselves (which is all a talent agency would do + take their %) and get worked lined up, perhaps they should just do photoshoots for hobby instead of a career.

Get the fuck outta here, "real talk" - there have always been a few wannabe players who think they know the "real talk" - you don't know shit until you've worked in this business.
I've been doing this since 1996, very few of the models have been around since then and we've helped springboard loads of them including Jade, Lisa Kage, Nefertiti, etc. Not saying that some wouldn't have made it on their own but this has definately given them a platform.
I drive a nice car and eat in good restaurants because for every day of those 14+ years, I've worked, and negotiated, and promoted and sold the product. Every model whose worked for us, got a fair pay for the hours she worked (more than GG or Male performers get) and if they failed to capitalise on that, then that's their issue.
Look at models like Natalia, Lovely, Paris, Carmen C., Jade, Wendy W, Amy D, Joanna Jet, etc. who are out there capitalising and promoting themselves.

If someone is bitter because they done a few shoots for us years ago, and then got offered video/photo shoots for other companies on the back of our shoots, then it' their problem that they spent the money and didn't build on it. They would have failed at anything they did - and they love to have a moan about it to, you players.

The real guys and girls know what the REAL TALK is - and what is bullshit.

By the way, girls who do take it upon themselves to promote and interact with us (and thereby helping promote themselves and our company) DO get better treatment from us, than those who do a shoot and then are too lazy to do anything else.
