Sometimes a girl will realize porn simply is not for them. A lot of times, those initial forays into this industry can be marred by unsavory individuals behind the lens, which I feel, is why it's even more important to treat these ladies with respect and maintain some form of professionalism. I'm reminded of the post Natalia made a while back concerning this very topic and i've spoken to many who shared her experince.
